Request a refundTickets with 2-year validity
- Fully unutilized tickets are valid for two years from the original ticket issue date, provided all flights on the original booking were for travel by 30 September 2022.
- For new tickets that are re-booked, the new fare rules apply, including any difference in the value of the new ticket, in addition to any applicable rebooking or no-show fees.
- If you have booked the original ticket directly with Qatar Airways, you may change your booking via our website or by contacting us. If you have booked through a travel agent, please contact them directly.
Refund of the unutilized tickets
- Refund penalties and no-show fees will only be waived if all flights on the booking were for departure by 30 September 2022, otherwise, fare refund conditions apply.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase the ticket.
- If you have booked directly with us, you may refund unutilized refundable value, provided the refund is requested within 2 years from the date of ticket issue. If you have booked through a travel agent, please contact them directly as a different refund deadline may apply.
Passengers holding Qatar Airways tickets, beginning with the numbers “157”, for flights arriving to/departing from Russia may make use of change and refund rights in the form of voucher or bank transfer in accordance with our travel flexibility terms and conditions above, the conditions of carriage and any applicable laws and regulations.
