In addition to the range of flexible and convenient payment options available, customers in Kenya and Tanzania can use M-PESA to pay for their tickets with these easy steps:

An e-ticket will be sent within 48 hours to the e-mail address provided at time of booking. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 48 hours, please contact the customer service team on 020 2800000.

You can also use M-PESA when changing your reservation at the sales office, if a change of reservation fee applies. Changes in reservations made online can only be paid with credit cards.

Important information

Payment transactions through M-PESA should be made during business hours to ensure timely ticket issuance:

  • Monday – Friday:                    0830 - 1700 hours
  • Saturday:                                 0900 - 1200 hours
  • Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed
