• The promo code must be entered before initiating a flight search. If the promo code is entered correctly, the special fare will be marked with a burgundy coupon on the flight selection page along with the wording ‘Promo code has been successfully applied’.
• Qatar Airways will not be held responsible for any fare differences if a customer does not enter the promo code at the time of booking. The promo code cannot be applied retrospectively.
• Qatar Airways reserves the right to suspend or terminate the offer, for any reason and at any time, without incurring any cost or liability.
• The promo code is valid on flight itineraries originating from Kenya (KE), South Africa (ZA), Nigeria (NG), Egypt (EG), Uganda (UG), Tanzania (TZ), Ethiopia (ET), Rwanda (RW)

Offer conditions

• Savings in Economy Class:
  • 5% on base fare on booking classes:   Q,T,O (Classic)
  • 10% on base fare on booking classes:   N (Classic)
  • 10% on base fare on booking classes:  S, V, L, M, K (Convenience)
• Savings in Business Class:
  • 5% on base fare amount on booking classes: R (Classic)
  • 10% on base fare amount on booking classes: I, D (Comfort)
• Savings apply only when all flights on the booking are of the same booking class.

Promo code applicability

• This offer cannot be combined with publicly available promotional fares.
• Seats are limited and are subject to availability.
• Savings apply on base fare only. The promo code discount is deducted from the 'fare per passenger' amount visible in the ‘payment summary’ after flight selection. Any other taxes, service fees, or standard market charges will be payable and displayed at the time of booking and are not subject to any discount.

Changes and cancellation

• Tickets are non-endorsable and non-transferable.
• In case of involuntary flight cancellation, please refer to the applicable fare rules for your booking.
• Any change or cancellation less than 3 hours prior to the stated time of departure will be considered as no-show and no-show penalties will apply.
• Qatar Airways' terms and conditions, including the Conditions of Carriage, will also apply to your booking. Please refer to the fare rules at the time of booking to learn more about the official conditions related to changes, cancellations, and no-shows.

• This offer is only applicable main members who join Privilege Club using promocode: PCAFR25. 
• Enrolment Period: 1 January 2025- 31 December 2025.
• Travel Period: 1 January 2025 - 30 June 2026.
• Members who did not quote any of the applicable promocodes at the time of enrolment will not receive the bonus Avios.
• First flight bonus Avios will be credited to the membership account immediately after the first flight with Qatar Airways.
• If the flight date is before the enrollment date then the member will not get the bonus for first flight.
• In case of retro claims, bonus Avios will be awarded if the member’s travel is within the offer period.
• Members need to ensure to quote their Privilege Club number at the time of booking or check-in so the Avios can be credited after the first flight travelled.
• Offer is applicable only for flights operated and marketed by Qatar Airways.
• Travel on Award tickets is not eligible for Bonus Avios.
• Existing Privilege Club members are not entitled to participate in this offer and any duplicate accounts will be cancelled by Privilege Club.
