Committed to accessible experiences
We are committed to creating digital experiences that everyone can use with ease. Through thoughtful design, inclusive development practices, and support for assistive technologies, we aim to ensure our platforms are accessible to all users.
Our approach is guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, helping us build experiences that are clear, usable, and inclusive.
What we're doing
Our teams embed accessibility into every stage of delivery, where each release is validated through quality assurance testing.
This includes checks for logical page structure, clear labelling, and sufficient colour contrast, as well as ensuring full keyboard navigation, visible focus states, and compatibility with assistive technologies such as screen readers. We also verify text alternatives, accessible forms with clear error guidance, and consistent usability across devices and zoom levels.
Aligned with the POUR principles, Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust, we ensure content is easy to see and hear, simple to navigate, clear to understand, and compatible with assistive technologies.
