Doha, QATAR – Qatar Airways has introduced its latest in-flight duty free magazine, Shopping Extravaganza, offering passengers a greater choice of onboard products than ever before.
The new-look 112-page glossy magazine features 155 exciting products, including over 80 new items – of which seven are available exclusively onboard Qatar Airways. In addition, the programme includes the return of a special promotion.
Shopping Extravaganza is packed with best-selling products that include fragrances for men and women, cosmetics, skin care products, wide range of watches, travel accessories and electronic products.
This year, the airline is running an exciting promotion by popular demand – "Save US$ 15 when you buy any two fragrances” giving passengers more value for money.
Passengers flying on Qatar Airways’ extensive network of over 100 diverse business and leisure destinations worldwide can choose from a range of in-flight products available for all age groups.
Duty free purchases have always been part and parcel of a holiday experience and, for those business travellers with hectic schedules and little time to buy something in city stores during their travels, it presents a great opportunity to indulge in some shopping for themselves or their loved ones.
Commenting on the new magazine, Qatar Airways Chief Executive Officer Akbar Al Baker said: “Our priority is always our valued passengers and so we are delighted to be able to provide them with this new edition of the Inflight Duty Free Magazine offering such a fantastic range of duty free products onboard all our flights.
“The magazine means that our passengers can browse through an extensive variety of products and make essential and gift purchases from the comfort of their seat.”
A wide selection of premium fragrances, including best sellers and the latest collections by Dior are on offer. Time-conscious travellers are sure to be excited with the new and exclusive GF Ferre and Rotary watches available onboard. Exquisite gold-plated jewellery and watches by Folli Follie will certainly win hearts with their classy, elegant appearance.
To make the shopping experience better, Qatar Airways’ cabin crew have received training for improved product knowledge from some of the airline’s brand partners – Traveler, Dior, Al Maserve, Swiss Time and La Prairie
The Shopping Extravaganza magazine is available in the seat pocket onboard all Qatar Airways’ flights and passengers can also view the entire magazine online at www.qatarairways.com.
