At the airport

Here are friendly reminders to keep in mind as you prepare to travel:

  • Keep tickets and documents handy
  • Report at check-in counter on time
  • Proceed to the security checks
  • Proceed to waiting lounges

It is recommended to be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure. This may vary depending on your departure airport. Contact your departure airport or your local Qatar Airways office for more information.

Keep your documents handy

Before you embark on your journey make sure that you have all the necessary documents and visas for all the countries you plan to visit.

Check in

Melbourne International Airport
It is recommended to be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure. Qatar Airways check-in counters are located at Melbourne International Departure hall.

Qatar Airways Business Class passengers can access the Air New Zealand Lounge at Melbourne's International Airport.

Perth International Airport
It is recommended to be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure. Qatar Airways check-in counters are located at Perth International Departure hall.

Qatar Airways Business Class passengers can access the Malaysian Lounge at Perth's International Airport.
