Claims for missing Avios can be made for travel completed within 30 days prior to date of joining Privilege Club for new members and up to 180 days from the date of travel for existing members.
Claim missing Avios on Qatar Airways
To claim missing Avios on Qatar Airways, simply log in to your membership account to submit your claim online. Alternatively, you can submit a service request via the "Write to Us" page. You will need to provide your flight details and ticket number.
To ensure your Avios are automatically credited to your membership account, please remember to quote your membership number and the membership numbers of your nominated family members when making a reservation and at time of check-in.
It is important that the first name and last name on your membership profile is updated as they appear on your passport. Also, your first name and last name on your ticket should match your passport. Any mismatch between your first name and last name on your membership profile and your ticket will lead to non-accrual of Avios and Qpoints. This requirement will also apply for your nominated family members (if any).
To update the name on your membership profile to match your passport, please submit a service request via the “contact centre” page found within your logged in area. Please include a valid copy of your passport and any government issued ID for verification purposes (driving license, national ID, medical card etc.).
