- These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the Offer, organised by Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S.C (“Qatar Airways”) a Qatari close shareholding company (commercial registration No. 16070) having its principal place of business at Qatar Airways Tower 1, Airport Road, PO Box 22550, Doha, State of Qatar and Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. (“Ooredoo”) a Qatari Public Shareholding company having its registered office at 217 West Bay, Ooredoo Tower, Doha, State of Qatar enabling Qatar Airways Privilege Club members (“Members”) to convert Avios into Nojoom points. To be eligible for this Offer customer must be a Nojoom member holding a valid Qatar Airways Privilege Club or Student Club (collectively, “Privilege Club”) membership Account at the Effective Date.
- Only a Main Member, holding a valid Privilege Club membership Account, is eligible to convert Avios into Nojoom points (the” Offer”).
- Once Avios are converted into Nojoom points the Member’s Privilege Club Account will be automatically linked to the Nojoom account where the conversion transaction takes place. Any future conversions of Avios to Nojoom points will only be allowed to the same Nojoom account used for the first conversion.
- Members can unlink their Privilege Club Account themselves through the unlinking link on the Nojoom partner page, or by contacting Qatar Airways, which may take up to seven (7) working days for processing, upon successful verification.
- Members can unlink their Privilege Club and Nojoom accounts no more than three (3) times per calendar year, and a minimum period of one (1) month between linking and unlinking of the accounts.
- A minimum of 1,000 Avios is required to convert Avios into Nojoom points, following which, Avios can be converted in increments of 1,000.
- Members will accrue 500 Nojoom points for every 1,000 Avios converted.
- The maximum amount of Avios that can be converted to Nojoom points per Member, per day is 50,000 Avios.
- Members are responsible for the accuracy of the Nojoom account details when converting Avios to Nojoom points.
- Once Avios has been converted into Nojoom points, Nojoom points will automatically be transferred to the relevant Nojoom membership account. Nojoom points will be posted to the Member’s Nojoom membership instantly.
- Once the Nojoom points conversion has been initiated, cancellation, changes, reissuance, and/or refunds of Avios is not permitted.
- Ooredoo and Qatar Airways have the right to terminate or to change the Offer’s policies, procedures, conditions of participation, benefits, awards and special conditions, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
- The Privilege Club terms and conditions apply. Any capitalised terms not otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning as given in the Privilege Club terms and conditions. Once Avios are converted to Nojoom points, Nojoom points terms and conditions will apply.
- These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 10 September 2026 (the “Effective Date”).
- Qatar Airways is not liable for any rewards redemptions made through Nojoom.
- Qatar Airways and Ooredoo (as mutually agreed) reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice or liability.
- For any required assistance or missing Nojoom points, you can inquire via the Ooredoo application or by calling 111. For any required assistance with respect to the Privilege Club, you may contact Qatar Airways dedicated Privilege Club Member Service Centre on our Contact us page.
- The benefits granted by this Offer cannot be exchanged for cash and/or refundable.
- Qatar Airways shall not be liable to Members for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Offer, or any failure or inability of Members to take advantage of the Offer.
- All decisions made by Qatar Airways and Ooredoo with respect to any matter relating to this Offer shall be final.
- These Terms and Conditions apply to the Offer and shall supplement the Privilege Club terms and conditions and any other terms and conditions applicable to the Privilege Club program. In particular, please read these Terms and Conditions together with the Privilege Club terms and conditions.
