Exclusive shuttle service offer
・Offer: Shuttle service between JR Nagoya train Station and Kansai International Airport.
・Travel period: 1 September 2024 – 24 October 2026.
・Eligibility: Business and Economy Class passengers travelling between Nagoya Station (NGY) and Qatar Airways destinations via Kansai International Airport (KIX).
・Bus operator: Heisei Enterprise Co.,Ltd. (Heisei Kanko Bus)
・How to book: In the flight search panel, enter Nagoya Station code "NGY" as your origin or destination city when booking. The shuttle service will automatically be added to your itinerary.
* All bookings made more than 24 hours prior to departure have the shuttle service confirmed as part of your itinerary.
* Passengers who have not made a prior reservation may use the shuttle service on the day of travel by presenting Qatar Airways electronic ticket or boarding pass, subject to seat availability.
* Please note that trips originating from Chubu Centrair International Airport (NGO) are regular flight bookings without shuttle service.

The shuttle bus service will operate in alignment with the Kansai–Doha flight schedule. Kansai-Doha flight frequency are below:
- 1 June 2025 to 6 January 2026: five flights per week
- 9 January to 5 February 2026: four flights per week
- 7 February to 28 March 2026: five flights per week
- 29 March - 19 May 2026: seven flights per week
- 20 May - 24 October 2026: five flights per week.
・Pickup Locations and Times:
We request that you arrive at the pickup location at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Staff holding a Qatar Airways board will assist you to the bus.

Terms and conditions- This offer is valid for use in combination with Qatar Airways flights to/from KIX (Kansai International Airport).

- The shuttle bus service will operate in alignment with the Kansai–Doha flight schedule.
- Ticket must be issued on Qatar Airways ticket plate starting with number 157.
- Complimentary tickets issued by other airlines, ID, AD and ZED are not eligible for this offer.
- Tickets purchased using Avios points are not eligible for this offer.
- The bus service is operated by a third party service provider, who bears full responsibility for the complete bus journey in terms of insurance and liability.
- Delays or cancellations may occur due to road conditions, weather, or other reasons.
- Baggage exceeding the allowance indicated on the ticket cannot be accommodated on the bus.
- There is no toilet on the bus. The bus will stop for a short break only once during the drive.
- Passengers cannot join or leave the bus during the journey.
- Passengers under the age of 16 cannot use the bus service alone.
- Seat belts must be worn during the ride.
