Taxi service offer for Business Class Passengers

A warm welcome awaits you at Haneda Airport with our taxi service offer, providing you with a seamless connection to Tokyo. 

• Eligibility: Business Class passengers on flight QR812 from Doha to Haneda.
  
• Offer: Nihon Kotsu Taxi voucher (Up to JPY 20,000 per car). 
  
  • One voucher per taxi can be used.
  • Voucher is valid for the day of issue only.
• Taxi Company: Nihon Kotsu Co.,Ltd.
• To redeem: 
  

1. Business Class passengers on the flight from Doha to Haneda (QR812) will receive a taxi voucher for the day while onboard.

2. Take the “Nihon Kotsu” taxi at the public taxi stand, located on the ground floor.
You can hail and ride a taxi by calling English taxi service center (+81-50-3116-4791 /available 24/7) or using the "GO" taxi app.

In order to use GO taxi app, you need to sign up with mobile number and hail the taxi by inputing pickup location and destination.  

Once you view the taxi fare on your mobile screen, tap "Details" to choose the taxi company. Please ensure to select "日本交通" (Nihon Kotsu) from the list of taxi companies before submitting your "Request Taxi."

3. Please present the Taxi Voucher to the driver when paying for the taxi fare. Voucher covers up to JPY20,000.

• Please note that if two or more passengers share the same taxi, only one voucher will be accepted. If the taxi fare is less than JPY20,000, the difference will not be returned.
  
• Additional costs exceeding JPY20,000 to be borne by passenger (Cash/Credit Card).
• Taxi vouchers are non-endorsable and non-transferable.
• Please note that it is not possible to provide retroactive billing for services used without receiving the taxi voucher on the day.

Exclusive Heiwajima Spa Experience

Indulge in the rejuvenating essence of the Natural Hot Spring Heiwajima in Tokyo. Heiwajima is a public natural hot spring bathing facility with resting areas.

• Eligibility: Business Class and Economy Class passengers on flight QR812 from Doha to Haneda.
  Ticket must be issued on Qatar Airways ticket plate starting with number 157.
  
• Offer: Access to the "Natural Hot Spring Heiwajima" facility 
  
  • A complimentary shuttle service from Haneda Airport
  • The providing of indoor wear, bath towels, and face towels
  • Check-out time: 2 pm
  • Breakfast is not included

1. Please book your free shuttle service by clicking on the "Book free shuttle bus" button below, until 2PM on the day before the bus boarding date.
- Departing times :  0:40 am / 1:40 am / 2:40 am
- Seating capacity is 50 passengers. Once capacity is reached, reservations will be closed.
- Please read the precautions and make a reservation for the "Welcome Course". Please input flight number "QR812" in the airline information field.

2. Take the free shuttle bus to Natural Hot Spring Heiwajima from the group bus zone located on the ground floor of Terminal 3 at Haneda Airport.

3. Please present your QR812 boarding pass and passport at the front desk of Natural Hot Spring Heiwajima for identity verification.
Please note, boarding passes will be collected by facility staff.
If you do not have a boarding pass, entry fees will apply.
