Doha, QATAR - Qatar Airways wishes to advise that due to adverse weather conditions in Doha this morning, the airline was forced to divert 20 flights to alternative airports.
Visibility at Doha International Airport was restricted due to fog causing a number of delays for passengers. At the time of writing, normal operations were resuming at Doha International Airport with delayed flights expected to arrive over the next few hours.
Flights out of Doha International Airport have also been affected. Passengers should expect delays of two hours or more.
Passengers with onward connections from Doha are requested to consult with ground staff regarding their travel arrangements.

Doha-based Qatar Airways will operate a fleet of 110 aircraft by 2013 – almost double the existing size. Qatar Airways has ordered 80 Airbus A350s, 60 Boeing 787s and 32 Boeing 777s, with deliveries of the latter having started in November 2007.
