- Velocity members will only earn status credits on Virgin Australia marketed Qatar Airways operated flights. Priority check-in for Qatar Airways Privilege Club Silver member is only offered on Virgin Australia international short haul flights (same applies to Velocity members on VA flights).
- A valid virtual or physical membership card needs to be presented to attain benefits.
- Velocity Frequent Flyer guests who are eligible to enter Qatar Airways lounges and Qatar Airways third party lounges will need to collect an invitation to enter the lounge from the Qatar Airways check-in staff at the international departure port prior to clearing immigration.
