This Qatar Airways 2026 Booking Incentive Promotion (the “Promotion”) offers eligible Hilton Honors members the opportunity to earn 1,000 bonus Avios for a qualifying stay completed during the Promotion Period, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

The Promotion is valid for stays completed between 1 June 2026 and 31 August 2026 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”). Stays may commence before 1 June 2026, provided that the stay is completed on or after 1 June 2026 and no later than 31 August 2026.

Eligible members must register for the Promotion between 1 June 2026 and 31 August 2026 (inclusive) via the official Promotion landing page. Registration alone does not entitle a member to bonus Avios unless all eligibility requirements set out below are satisfied.

The Promotion is open to individuals who, at the time of registration and stay completion:

• are active members of Hilton Honors; and
• are active members of Qatar Airways Privilege Club (together, “Members”).

The Promotion is void where prohibited by law, and either Hilton or Qatar Airways reserve the right to exclude any individual whose participation would breach applicable laws or regulations.

Qualifying Stays

• Members will earn 1,000 bonus Avios once the first qualifying stay is completed during the Promotion Period.
• The Promotion applies only to the first qualifying stay completed during the Promotion Period.
• A “stay” is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same hotel or resort, regardless of whether the guest checks out and checks back in.
• Only stays booked through Hilton direct booking channels qualify.
• The Promotion applies only to participating hotels and resorts within the Hilton portfolio. Not all Hilton-branded properties participate.
• Group bookings, including bookings made under group, tour series, or negotiated group rates, are excluded.

Account linking and name matching

To be eligible for bonus Avios:

• Members must add their Qatar Airways Privilege Club membership number as their preferred travel partner in their Hilton Honors account prior to check out of the first qualifying stay; and
• The name on the Hilton Honors account, hotel booking, and Qatar Airways Privilege Club account must match.

Neither Qatar Airways nor Hilton is responsible for errors arising from incorrect, incomplete, or mismatched account details provided by the Member.

Avios Awarding

• Bonus Avios will be credited to the Member’s Qatar Airways Privilege Club account within up to eight (8) weeks following completion of the qualifying stay.
• The awarding, use, and redemption of Avios are governed exclusively by the Qatar Airways Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.
• Bonus Avios awarded under this Promotion are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash or other consideration.

Programme Terms and Responsibility 

These Terms & Conditions supplement the Hilton Honors Terms and Conditions and the Qatar Airways Privilege Club Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the applicable programme terms shall prevail.

Hilton is not responsible for the operation of the Qatar Airways Privilege Club programme or for the crediting of Avios once issued to Qatar Airways Privilege Club.

General

Qatar Airways reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse bonus Avios where it reasonably believes that a Member has engaged in fraud, abuse, manipulation, or any activity intended to improperly benefit from the Promotion.

Both Hilton and/or Qatar Airways (as the case may be) reserve the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time. Any such modification or termination will not affect stays already booked and completed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions prior to the effective date of the change

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Hilton nor Qatar Airways shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with participation in the Promotion.

Assistance and Claims

• For assistance relating to hotel bookings or Hilton Honors accounts, Members must contact Hilton Honors.
• Claims relating to missing Avios are subject to the Qatar Airways Privilege Club claim procedures and terms.

Hilton Honors™ membership, including the earning and redemption of Points, is subject to Hilton Honors Terms and Conditions Terms and Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Qatar Airways Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.
