The following campaign has been arranged for the benefit of Qatar Airways Privilege Club members only (each a "Member" and together the "Members"). The terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") that apply to this campaign are: 

1. Period of Campaign 

This campaign is available to Members who book eligible flights from 7 October 2025 to 31 October 2025 for travel between 12 January - 10 November 2026.

2. Campaign Details

• Bonus Avios is only applicable to Members subject to the terms and conditions below. 
• Eligible cabin: Economy Classic, Economy Convenience, Economy Comfort, Business Class, and First Class. 
• Eligible Booking Channels: www.qatarairways.com and Qatar Airways mobile app. 
• Eligible Flights: Flights marketed by Qatar Airways and operated by either Qatar Airways or Virgin Australia between Doha and Australia (and vice versa).
• Eligible Sectors: DOH-MEL, MEL-DOH, DOH-SYD, SYD-DOH, DOH-BNE, BNE-DOH, DOH-PER, PER-DOH, DOH-ADL, ADL-DOH, DOH-CBR, CBR-DOH.
• Bonus Avios earned by Members:   
  • Economy Classic and Economy Convenience – 50% bonus of base Avios.
  • Economy Comfort – 100% bonus of base Avios.
  • Business Class – 150% bonus of base Avios.
  • First Class – 150% bonus of base Avios.
• Promo code: FLYQRVA.

3. General 

• Avios will be credited to Member’s Account within 7-14 days after travel is completed. 
• Once Avios are credited to Member’s Account, the transaction cannot be reversed. 
• To be eligible for this campaign, Members must enter the promo code prior to booking.
• Members will earn bonus Avios based on base Avios earned on Eligible Flights during the Period of Campaign. 
• Tier bonus and family accrued Avios will not be considered in the calculation of the bonus Avios under this campaign. 
• Tickets issued prior to the Booking Period (even if they may be reissued during the Booking Period) will not be eligible for the bonus Avios under this campaign. 
• Bonus Avios is only awarded on flights between Australian and Doha and vice versa.
• Members are eligible for this campaign more than once during the Period of Campaign. 
• The campaign is applicable for Cash + Avios payment and not applicable for award ticket bookings (including Avios + Cash and Flexi Award). 
• The campaign may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher.  
• The benefits granted by the campaign cannot be exchanged for cash and/or refundable. 
• Qatar Airways reserve the right to refuse to award any Avios points under the campaign in cases of actual or suspected fraud. Qatar Airways reserves the right to recover any Avios improperly credited and close any Privilege Club Account in accordance with the Privilege Club program terms and conditions.  
• Subject to applicable law, Qatar Airways reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions and terminate or otherwise amend the campaign for any reason at any time without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions made by Qatar Airways with respect to any matter relating to this campaign shall be final. 
• Qatar Airways will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the campaign, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of the campaign.  
• These Terms and Conditions apply to the campaign and shall supplement any other terms and conditions applicable to Qatar Airways Privilege Club program. In Particular, please read these Terms and Conditions together with Qatar Airways Privilege Club program terms and conditions.  
• By participating to the campaign, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• All Avios awarded under this campaign will be subject to the Qatar Airways Privilege Club program terms and conditions.  

1.  Qatar Airways Privilege Club members (the “Privilege Club Member(s)” can use their boarding passes to redeem USD 20 voucher (“Voucher” or “Vouchers”) for purchasing food or drinks (excluding alcohol drinks) at all outlets in Hamad International Airport, Doha, Qatar except the outlets listed below* (the “Offer”).

*The following outlets are excluded from the Offer:

• Starbucks
• Joe and the Juice
• La Vita Café
• Louis Vuitton Lounge
• Last Call

2.  The Offer is only available to:

• Privilege Club Members who travel between Qatar and Australia with Qatar Airways or Virgin Australia during the Offer Period.

3.  The Offer is valid from 12 June 2025 to 11 June 2026 (the “Offer Period”).

4.  The Offer can be redeemed by the Privilege Club Member or their Family Members presenting the boarding pass with the Member’s name and Privilege Club membership number at the participating outlets as stated in Clause 1 of these terms and conditions during the Offer Period.

5.  Each boarding pass can only be used once to redeem the Offer.

6.  Each Voucher from the Offer can only be used for a single transaction and cannot be combined with other Vouchers including Vouchers from Family Members. 

7. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash.

8.  Once redeemed, the Offer is non-refundable.

9.  Any items above the Offer value (USD 20), the differences must be paid by the member in cash or by card.

10.  Qatar Airways reserves the rights to modify or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.

11.  Qatar Airways shall not be liable for any disputes or claims arising from this Offer.

12. The Privilege Club terms and conditions shall also apply to this Offer.

13.  By participating in this Offer, the Privilege Club Members acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
