Your flight departs from the main Terminal A, which is divided into five areas (A to E), so check the flight information boards upon arrival to locate your gate.
Accessing the airport is simple. Buses offer the main public transport link from central Warsaw, including Warsaw Central Station and the Old Town. You will find taxis plentiful, and for convenience, you can pre-book through your hotel concierge; remember to only use licensed services.
Once inside the terminal, you will find excellent facilities. Passengers can enjoy free wireless internet access for up to 30 minutes in the main terminal, or for up to four hours if you are using one of the three Executive lounges for first and business class travellers. The food court offers a great selection of Polish dishes, coffee, and pastries, alongside more substantial restaurant meals. You can browse retail outlets including Duty Free, souvenir vendors and luxury goods before your flight. The airport is also fully wheelchair accessible, with specially trained personnel available to assist disabled travellers upon request, ensuring a pleasant start to your travels.
