Claims for missing Avios can be made for travel completed within 30 days prior to date of joining Privilege Club for new members and up to 180 days from the date of travel for existing members.
Claim missing Avios on Qatar Airways
To claim missing Avios on Qatar Airways, simply log in to your membership account to submit your claim online. Alternatively, you can write to our Member Service Centre at membersvc@qmiles.com. You will need to provide your flight details and ticket number.
To ensure your Avios are automatically credited to your membership account, please remember to quote your membership number and the membership numbers of your nominated family members when making a reservation and at time of check-in.
