Flying from Amman

Transportation and parking
Airport taxis operate 24 hours a day and costs are fixed, so you will always know exactly how much your journey will cost. The fleet of airport buses operated between Abdali (mid town) and the airport, running every 30 minutes from 7am to 10pm, and every hour from 10pm to 7am. Parking is close to the main terminal and is available for both short and long-term duration. There is a drop-off zone outside the Departures area with a 10-minute waiting limit.
Arriving at Queen Alia International Airport
If you are flying from Amman with Qatar Airways you will need to head to the Departure area, which is located on level 2 of the main terminal. Here you will find the transit counters and check in areas for all flights from Amman with Qatar Airways.
Facilities and amenities
The majority of amenities are located on level 1 of the main terminal, and include a selection of luxury retail outlets offering a range of perfumes, leather goods, books and jewellery. ATMs are also available for cash withdrawals. A children’s play area keeps younger travellers entertained while waiting for flights, and prayer areas are also set aside for devotions. Wi-Fi is available throughout the main public areas. The terminal can also cater for travellers with special needs, including wheelchair users.

Doha Heritage Village is located along the Corniche in Al Rumeilia Park, and is based on a traditional Qatari village.
