Terms and conditions- Minimum transit time should be 4 to 6 hours and more for tours, however, that may vary according to tour. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they have adequate transit time when booking.
- Tours are bookable in advance online and you must arrive at Discover Qatar desk in the airport 90 minutes before the tour start.
- Tours are also bookable up on arrival at any of the two Discover Qatar Transit Tour desks (located in Duty Free Plaza South and North Node – Concourse C) from time of flight arrival until 2 hours prior to the starting time of the tour from airport – Subject to availability.
- Extension of tour duration, additional services or amendments cannot be made during the tour.
- Pick-up and drop-off time and location cannot be changed.
- Passengers are supposed to book tour that has drop-off 2 hours prior to the onward flight, Discover Qatar or Qatar Airways shall not be responsible for delayed clearance for onward flight.
- All Transit Tours are bookable subject to availability by passengers with a minimum layover as applicable for each tour.
- Passengers must be eligible for visa-free entry or have valid transit visa or be eligible for visa on arrival to purchase a Discover Qatar Transit Tour.
- Visa information: Please note, if the tour requires you to pass through immigration control to enter the State of Qatar, you will require a visa. Nationalities from 100+ countries can enter Qatar visa-free. To check visa requirements, please see the Visit Qatar website. If you do not qualify for visa-free entry, you can apply for a Transit Visa for QAR 100 at the Discover Qatar Transit Tour desk - Duty Free Plaza South at Hamad International Airport. Note: All visas are approved and issued at the sole discretion of Qatar's Ministry of Interior.
