Terms and Conditions

• To qualify for this booking incentive, you must have booked Qatar Airways flight to Doha between 15 October 2023 – 30 April 2024
• The incentive period runs from 10 October – 10 December 2023.
• All qualifying bookings will be audited by Qatar Airways during and after the period and only bookings made from operators based in the UK will be qualified.
• Booking origin must be from the United Kingdom airports – LHR, LGW, MAN, BHX and EDI
• Only ticketed bookings will qualify as entry.
• Entry will be awarded as 1x for Economy Class and 2x for Business Class bookings.
• To validate your entries, collated bookings should be sent to ukmarketing@uk.qatarairways.com including agent name, contact email, IATA number, PNR and ticket number and, on the template provided. Email subject line must be DOHA WINTER SUN INCENTIVE.
• Prize includes two (2) Grandstand tickets to F1® Qatar Grand Prix 2024, two (2) Business Class return flights, shared accommodation on a 5-star hotel on a bed & Breakfast basis and transportation to and from HIA airport to hotel.
• Prize winner will be announced by 30 January 2024 and the winner will be notified by email.
• Both travellers need to travel together on both the outbound and inbound journey. No extensions will be allowed.
• Passengers are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and any necessary visas/permits prior to beginning their journey.
• Compliance with any health or government requirements, including vaccination passports if required, are the responsibility of the prize-winner.
• Transfers to the event and any other activities are not included.
• Spending money is not included.
• The ticket(s) have no cash value and are non-endorsable, non-routable and valid on Qatar Airways only.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for goods or cash, nor can it be sold to any other person.
• The prize does not offer access to Qatar Airways lounges
• Qatar Airways retains the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• Qatar Airways retains the right to withdraw this incentive at any time without notice or explanation.
