The following campaign has been arranged for the benefit of Qatar Airways Privilege Club members only (each a “Member” and together the “Members”). The terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) that apply to this campaign are as follows:  

1. Period of Campaign 

a. This campaign is available to Members who book Eligible Flights through Eligible Booking Channels for Eligible Sectors during the period from 17th July 2026 at 0000 DOHA LOCAL TIME (GMT+3) to 29th July 2026 at 2359hrs DOHA LOCAL TIME (GMT+3) only (the “Booking Period”) and who travel between 17th July 2026 at 0000hrs DOHA LOCAL TIME (GMT+3) and 31st March 2027 at 2359hrs DOHA LOCAL TIME (GMT+3) (“Travel Period”). 

2. Campaign Details

a. The campaign for bonus Avios is applicable only to Main Members and is subject to the details and Terms and Conditions set out below. 

b. Eligible cabin: Economy Classic, Economy Convenience, Economy Comfort, Business Class, and First Class. 

c. Eligible Booking Channels: www.qatarairways.com and Qatar Airways mobile app. 

d. Eligible Flights: Flights marketed by Qatar Airways and operated by either Qatar Airways or Virgin Australia between Doha and Australia (and vice versa).  

e. Eligible Sectors: DOH-MEL, MEL-DOH, DOH-SYD, SYD-DOH, DOH-BNE, BNE-DOH, DOH-PER, PER-DOH, DOH-ADL, ADL-DOH, DOH-CBR and CBR-DOH. 

f. Bonus Avios earned by Members:   

• Economy Classic and Economy Convenience – 3,000 bonus Avios one-way each direction 
• Economy Comfort – 6,000 bonus Avios one-way each direction 
• Business Class – 12,000 bonus Avios one-way each direction 
• First Class – 12,000 bonus Avios one-way each direction, which for clarity, is the same bonus as Business Class under this campaign. 

3. General 

a. Avios will be credited to Member’s account within 7-14 days after eligible travel is completed. 

b. Once Avios are credited to Member’s account, the transaction cannot be reversed. 

c. To be eligible for this campaign, Members must:  

- quote their Privilege Club membership number at the time of booking or check-in (either online check-in or counter check-in); and 

- book an eligible flight within Booking Period and complete eligible travel within the Travel Period. 

d. If a passenger is not a Member, he/she can enrol to Privilege Club at www.qatarairways.com and update his/her booking with their Privilege Club membership number at the time of check-in (either online check-in or counter check-in) to be eligible for this campaign. 

e. Members will earn bonus Avios based on cabin class flown on Eligible Flights during the Travel Period. 

f. Tickets issued prior to the Booking Period (even if reissued during the Booking Period) will not be eligible for bonus Avios under this campaign. 

g. If Members travel on connecting itineraries that include a Doha–Australia sector, bonus Avios will be credited only for the eligible Doha–Australia sector (or vice versa). 

h. Members may participate in this campaign more than once during the eligible Booking Period and Travel Period. 

i. The campaign is applicable only to revenue tickets paid primarily in cash including Cash + Avios and not applicable for award tickets, including Flexi Award. 

j. The campaign may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher for Bonus Avios.  

k. The benefits granted by the campaign cannot be exchanged for cash and/or are not refundable. 

l. Qatar Airways reserves the right to withhold, reverse or recover any Avios awarded, and to close the Member’s account, where it reasonably believes that a Member has engaged in fraud, abuse or misuse of the Privilege Club programme or this campaign, in accordance with the Privilege Club programme terms and conditions.  

m. Subject to applicable law, Qatar Airways reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate this campaign where reasonably necessary, including for reasons beyond its reasonable control or to address fraud, technical issues or other operational reasons. Where a change materially disadvantages Members, Qatar Airways will take reasonable steps to provide prior notice, unless circumstances do not reasonably permit this. All decisions made by Qatar Airways in relation to this campaign will be made acting reasonably and in good faith, and do not limit any rights a Member may have under applicable consumer protection laws. 

n. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qatar Airways will not be liable for any loss arising from a Member’s inability to participate in or benefit from the campaign where such inability is not caused by Qatar Airways’ negligence or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.  

o. These Terms and Conditions apply to the campaign and shall supplement any other terms and conditions applicable to Qatar Airways Privilege Club programme. In particular, please read these Terms and Conditions together with Qatar Airways Privilege Club programme terms and conditions.  

p. By participating in the campaign, Members  agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

q. In the event of any required assistance or queries regarding this campaign, please contact our Member Service Centre. 

r. All Avios awarded under this campaign will be subject to the Qatar Airways Privilege Club programme terms and conditions.  

s. Unless otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions, capitalised terms shall have the meaning given to them in the Qatar Airways Privilege Club programme terms and conditions. 

t. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law. 

u. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Qatar Airways Privilege Club programme, subject always to any mandatory consumer protection laws.
