At the Airport

Qatar Airways offers the following tips to help speed your way to an on-time departure:
  • Keep your tickets and passport/visa documents handy
  • Report to the Qatar Airways check-in counter on-time
  • Proceed to the security checks, ensuring you are not bringing any prohibited items with you
  • Proceed to our waiting lounge with tickets and passport readily available for collection

It is recommended that you arrive at Doha International Airport at least three hours before departure.

The Check-in counter close one hour before departure, thus it is imperative that you arrive to the check-in on time. The gate closes 20 minutes prior to departure.

Our staff are trained to provide a quick and efficient check-in process. If you require any special assistance to your departure gate, we will be happy to assist you.

Premium Passengers
Passengers travelling in First Class and Business Class can expect to experience 5-star hospitality at the Premium Terminal in Doha. With a sit-down check-in area and legendary service to experience, we would encourage you to check-in as early as you can so you can enjoy this outstanding terminal facilities!
