Missing some Avios? Don't worry, you can easily claim Avios on recent flights and purchases.
First, you’ll need to make sure that your date of birth is added to your Privilege Club profile. If claiming Avios from flights, the first and last name on your profile must match the details on the booking. Submit a request to add or update these details. View the FAQ's for more information.
