1. OFFER: The Join Book and Win (the “Offer”) is sponsored by Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S,C with its registered office at P.O. Box 25550, Doha, State of Qatar (the “Sponsor” or “Qatar Airways”) offering three (03) prizes to each one of  three (03) winners (“Winners”) selected from bookings made via the Qatar Airways website, mobile website or mobile app in accordance with the terms and conditions herein (each a “Prize” and altogether the “Prizes”). The Terms and Conditions governing the Offer and Prizes form a legally binding agreement between the Sponsor and each individual who enters the Offer (the “Participant”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are not eligible to participate in the Offer or win any of the Prizes. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all aspects of this Offer to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Offer is run and sponsored by Qatar Airways in complete independence from any local government offices or tenders. 

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Offer is open to Qatar Airways passengers who are (cumulatively):

(a) legally resident in the State of Qatar; and

(b) who are residents of the State of Qatar and carry a valid residence permit in the State of Qatar or who are Qatari citizens; and

(c) who are at least 18 years old as of 19 November 2025; and

(d) become Privilege Club members during the Offer Period;

 who have purchased a ticket to any Qatar Airways destination on the Qatar Airways operated network using promo code BOOK2WIN, via the Qatar Airways official website (www.qatarairways.com), mobile website or mobile app during the period starting on 19 November  2025,  from 08:00 (GMT+3) until 10 December 2025 23:59 (GMT+3) (“Offer Period”) to travel latest by 21 March 2026. This Campaign is for all travel on the route from Doha to any destination on the Qatar Airways operated network in economy or business class cabins.

Employees, officers, directors and agents of Qatar Airways, its subsidiaries, and each of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and their household members are not eligible to participate in the Offer. 

A Participant’s will not be eligible if the Qatar Airways flight booking is cancelled or refunded during or after the Offer Period.

Each booking will be considered as one (1) entry in the Offer ("Entry").

3. AGREEMENT TO RULES: All Participants must comply with these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and that all interpretations of these Terms and Conditions by Qatar Airways are final to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. PRIZES: Subject to the Prizes’ restrictions stated in Clause 6 below and the eligibility and Entry requirements stated in Clauses 2 and 4 above, confirmed Winners will receive one of the following Prizes :

a)  One (01) confirmed Winner will receive Three (3) return economy class tickets to any destination on Qatar Airways network outbound Doha;

b) One (01) confirmed Winner will receive Two (2) return economy class tickets to any destination on Qatar Airways network outbound Doha;

c) One (01) confirmed Winner will get One (1) return economy class ticket to any destination on Qatar Airways network outbound Doha;

5. SPECIFIC PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

In addition to the restrictions stated in 6, the below restrictions also apply:

5.1 Prize Restrictions: Economy Class Roundtrip tickets (Outbound Doha)

(i) No black-out dates apply;

(ii) Winner(s) must have valid government-issued documents as required for the itinerary and be legally able to travel without a legal guardian or a parent;

(iii)  All travel arrangements must be booked through Qatar Airways’ local offices at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the proposed date of travel and in compliance with instructions given to the Winner. Once a flight booking has been confirmed, no changes are permitted;

(iv) Travel must originate from Doha, State of Qatar;

(v)  The validity period for the Prize tickets may not be extended and Prize tickets may not be rebooked;

(vi) Sponsor is not liable for any expense incurred as a consequence of a flight cancellation or flight delay;

(vii) The Prize tickets will be issued as electronic tickets;

(viii) Travel is subject to availability, which is subject to change at the sole discretion of Sponsor;

(ix) Flight schedules are subject to change without notice;

(x) Travel period: Winner must travel within no later than one (1) year from the date of winning the Prize.

(xi) Flight is subject to Qatar Airways Conditions of Carriage available at https://www.qatarairways.com/en-qa/legal/conditions-of-carriage.html

(xii) Winners are responsible for any and all, fees, security and passenger facility charges applicable to the Prizes, which may not be issued without payment for taxes and fees (except as specified otherwise in the vouchers).

(xiii) Winners are responsible for the arrangement and cost of visa(s), passport(s), and transportation to and from the point of origin, meals, health documents required by Qatar Ministry of Public Health or at the destination and other travel expenses unless expressly stated otherwise in writing (including in respect of any quarantine or isolation requirements that may be in operation in any jurisdiction).

(xiv) The Prize tickets do not entitle the ticket holder to any mileage credit as part of the Qatar Airways Privilege Club program.

6. GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

6.1  Prizes are provided “as is where is” and without any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied in fact or in law, and any implied warranty of merchantability (or other warranty as to quality) or fitness for a particular purpose.

6.2  A Winner who is ineligible for a Prize, or is unable to or who does not accept or utilize a Prize, for any reason will not make any claim against the Sponsor.

6.3  Prizes are non-extendable, non-transferable and non-cashable. No cash redemption or Prize substitutions by Winner are allowed except where required by law.

6.4  Subject to the restrictions stated in Clause 5, each Winner is responsible for any and all fees, charges and taxes applicable to the Prize, which may not be issued without payment for taxes including withholding taxes and fees. Where required by law, Winner may have to pay withholding taxes and any other applicable taxes to Sponsor for the latter to fulfil its tax obligations.

6.5  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant or Winner who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Offer, provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage, or is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering, or tampering with the conduct of the Offer, or violates the Terms and Conditions, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE OFFER MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

6.6 The Participant will not make any claim against the Sponsor and its agencies for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Offer which may limit the ability to participate or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the  entries in this Offer.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel this Offer in accordance with applicable laws if it becomes technically corrupted. In such event, Sponsor will award Prizes via random drawing from eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

7. WINNER’S SELECTION

7.1  On 22 March 2026, the entries of the qualifying Participants will be placed into a computerised random draw which will not be viewable by the public. Three (03) Potential Winners will be selected to win Prizes in accordance with Clause 4 above.

7.2  Each Winner will be sent a Prize announcement through email between 25 and 30 March 2026 to the email provided to Qatar Airways for such purpose when making the booking (“Prize Announcement”).

 7.2   Qatar Airways will request the verification of each Potential Winner’s Privilege Club membership number.

7.3 Potential Winners will be required to be present at the Qatar Airways Office to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release provided by Sponsor (collectively, the “Release”) within ninety (90) days of the receipt date of the Prize Announcement.

7.4  If a Potential Winner meets all of the requirements of this Clause 7, then the Potential Winner will be deemed to be a “Winner”.  If a Potential Winner does not meet the Eligibility Requirements, does not respond to the Prize Announcement, does not wish to receive a Prize, refuses or fails to provide the required verification information, fails to be present at the specific Qatar Airways’ Office on the indicated date, to return the Release within the specified timeframe or if the Winner is disqualified for any other  reason whatsoever, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Potential Winner will be drawn. If a Potential Winner cannot be reached via the e-mail address provided to Sponsor after, then the Prize will be forfeited. If it is determined that an alternate Potential Winner will be drawn, the Potential Winner that was deemed ineligible will forfeit any Prizes.

7.5  The list of actual Winners will be published on 25 March 2026.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE: If you consent to it, Sponsor will collect and use the Winner’s name, country of residence, photograph for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes addressed to the general public in all forms of media, including on Sponsor’s website, mobile application, social media on Sponsor’s social media official accounts in connection with the Offer, without any obligation or consideration or counter-part whether financial or otherwise, except for the awarding of the Prize.

9. PRIVACY: Personal data submitted in connection with the Offer will be processed to allow you to participate in the Offer, allow us to administer the Offer, where you are a Potential Winner to inform you of this, to process the delivery of and distribution of the Prizes, to measure the response to Offer and for any other purposes disclosed in these Terms and Conditions. We will process your personal data based on the Terms and Conditions of this Offer, in accordance with Qatar Airways Privacy Notice (as may be amended from time to time) accessible at https://www.qatarairways.com/en/legal/privacy-policy.html and as permitted by law. If you decline to provide the information required for your participation in the Offer, you will not be able to participate o the Offer and/or be awarded a Prize.

As the Sponsor of the Offer, we may process your name, email address, your nationality, Privilege Club Membership’s number, passport number, passport expiry date, date of birth, flight details, age verification documentation and personal identification documentation in accordance with applicable laws. Any personal data provided to the Sponsor will be used solely in connection with the Offer. We will retain any personal data provided for a maximum of ninety (90) days from the travel date or any longer period in order to administer these Terms and Conditions and in line with Qatar Airways’ data retention policies.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  BY PARTICIPATING, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TO RELEASE AND HOLD QATAR AIRWAYS, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS, AS WELL AS FACEBOOK, TWITTER, YOUTUBE, INSTAGRAM, AND GOOGLE, INDEMNIFIED AND HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, WHICH PARTICIPANT OR ANYONE ELSE MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF THIS OFFER OR OF THE USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR NOT BEING AWARDED A PRIZE.  BY PARTICIPATING, EACH PARTICIPANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES AGAINST QATAR AIRWAYS OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, AGENCIES, AND EMPLOYEES. QATAR AIRWAYS’ TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE OFFER SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE VALUE OF THE RESPECTIVE PRIZE WON BY A PARTICIPANT.

11. FORCE MAJEURE: EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, QATAR AIRWAYS AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AND ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILURE TO PERFORM, PARTIAL PERFORMANCE OR DELAY IN PERFORMING ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OBLIGATIONS WHICH ARE CAUSED BY EVENTS BEYOND THEIR REASONABLE CONTROL. QATAR AIRWAYS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE IF THE OFFER TERMINATES OR ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED, USED OR REDEEMED DUE TO (WITHOUT LIMITATION) ACTS OF GOD, WAR, TERRORISM, EXPLOSIONS, FIRES, FLOODS, BAD WEATHER OR ANY OTHER NATURAL CALAMITIES, STRIKES, RIOT, CIVIL DISRUPTION, INTERNET FAILURES, OR ACTS OF THE WINNER, OR FOR ANY OTHER EVENTS WHICH ARE OUTSIDE OF QATAR AIRWAYS’ CONTROL.

12. DISCLAIMERS:  If this Offer cannot be administered as contemplated for any reason, Qatar Airways reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Offer, Winner selection, or any or all of the Prizes without prior notice.  This Offer is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, YouTube, Facelift, or any other social media platform.

13. GOVERNING LAW:  This Offer including its Terms and Conditions in addition to all issues and questions related thereto will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Qatari courts. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Qatar Airways reserves the right to start proceedings before any competent courts as Qatar Airways may deem it fit.
