Claim Missing Avios on Airline Partners
If you have taken any flights with any of our airline partners and can't find the Avios credited in your account, or you forgot to include your membership number at the time of booking or check-in, you can still claim your missing Avios.
Claims for missing Avios can be made for travel completed within 90 days prior to date of joining Privilege Club for new members and up to 180 days from the date of travel for existing members.
To claim Avios on airline partners, please login to your membership account or mobile application and submit your request from the Contact Centre tab using the ‘Write to us’ form selecting appropriate service area type and attach copies of your ticket and boarding pass.
Please ensure to always quote your membership number at the time of booking or check-in so Avios are credited automatically to your membership account after travelling.
