Participation

• Registration period: 21 May – 30 June 2025
• Travel period: 2 June – 31 July 2025
• Contest is open to legal residents of Malaysia and Singapore who are members of Qatar Airways Privilege Club. Click here to enroll.
• Qatar Airways reserves the right to ask for proof of residency in the participating country to validate the winning entry. Failure to do so will disqualify the winner.
• The Contest is not open to employees of Qatar Airways, and the immediate family members of Qatar Airways and employees of the authorised vendor. Qatar Airways reserves the sole and absolute discretion to exclude or disqualify any participant and/or submission from participating in the Contest, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
• To be eligible to participate in the Contest, participants must purchase a ticket from www.qatarairways.com or from Qatar Airways mobile app to any Qatar Airways operated and marketed destination in the United Kingdom during the stipulated travel period.
• Participants need to register their details at this link.
• Entries are considered eligible when all the fields of the form are filled and the participant books and travels within the stipulated contest and travel periods.
• Qatar Airways reserves the right to amend any terms or conditions without prior notice.

Submissions

• Participants registering for the Contest consent to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database, and Qatar Airways may use this information to contact the participant with exclusive news and updates from Qatar Airways. You may submit a request to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Qatar Airways (see Section 10 of privacy notice) or by logging on to your website account with Qatar Airways or your Privilege Club account and managing your marketing preferences. The information that you provided will be processed according to the Qatar Airways privacy notice.

Selection of ONE (1) Winner each for a pair of concert tickets to Pitbull Party After Dark on 10 June, Billie Eilish Hit Me Hard and Soft the Tour on 14 July, and Alanis Morissette World Tour 2025 on 27 July at The O2 and Prize Notification

• One winner for a pair of tickets to each concert will be selected by an online random name picker tool, wheelofnames.com. The winner will be contacted by sinsupport@sg.qatarairways.com at their provided email address on the dates below,
  • 5 June 2025 - Pitbull Party After Dark Tour
  • 1 July 2025 - Billie Eilish Hit Me Hard and Soft the Tour
  • 18 July 2025 - Alanis Morissette World Tour 2025
• Unless consent has been withdrawn by the participant in accordance with Section 10 of the Privacy Notice, Qatar Airways may exercise its sole discretion to use the winner’s identification, image, and comments relating to the contest experience and prize for the purpose of announcing the winner, or for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media related to this contest, without any consideration or counter-part whether financial or otherwise, except for the awarding of the prize to the winner. In case that the winner intends to create any publicity regarding his/her win on the Contest and/or prize, such publicity must not contain anything that would harm and/or be detrimental to the reputation of Qatar Airways.       
• Winner must acknowledge receipt of the email within 24 hours of receiving notification, failing which the prize will go to the next deserving entry based on the contest criteria.
• Winner must download The O2 app and register an AXS account with the same email ID used to register for the contest.
• Concert tickets will be transferred to the AXS account created by the winner.
• Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
• The Prize cannot be transferred, sold, substituted or in any other way dealt with.
• If the Prize is not redeemed, no compensation will be provided.
• The Prize consists of concert tickets only. Travel and accommodation arrangements and or costs are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner. Qatar Airways is not liable for any travel or accommodation arrangements or costs incurred.
• By accepting the concert tickets, the winner agrees to all the Terms & Conditions outlined herein and waives any right to dispute them. 

Limitations and Indemnity

• Qatar Airways shall not be responsible for any loss, injury damage, liability, expense and/ or cost which the participant may sustain or incur as a result of his/her participation in the Contest, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law. In particular, in no event shall Qatar Airways, its officer, employees or agents be responsible for any interruption or cessation of transmission whether caused by technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, any bugs, viruses, trojan horses or the like which may be transmitted to or through Qatar Airways’ Facebook or Instagram page, website or online Contest form by any third party, any errors or omissions in any entry, work, or content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred on the participant’s or any other person's computer as a result of the participant’s submission of any entry or work to the Contest, or otherwise related to or resulting from participation in the Contest, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Force Majeure

• Except as otherwise expressly set out in these terms and conditions, Qatar Airways and its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of their respective obligations that are caused by events outside of their reasonable control. Qatar airways is not responsible if the sweepstakes terminates or any prize cannot be used or redeemed due to acts of God, war, terrorism, explosions, fires, floods or other natural calamities, bad weather, strikes, riot, civil disruption, internet failures, or other acts of God or the winner, or for any other occurrences which are outside of Qatar Airways’ reasonable control.

Disclaimers

• If this contest cannot be administered as contemplated for any reason, Qatar Airways reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the contest, Winner selection, or prizes without prior notice. 

Governing Law

• This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  All disputes, issues and questions concerning this contest will be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and any applicable local laws of the eligible countries.

Decisions

• The decisions of Qatar Airways are final and binding on all aspects of this contest.
