    Anarkali Bazaar is one of the oldest. Named after a courtesan who was buried alive after falling in love with a prince, it offers everything from locally produced handicrafts and fabrics to clothing and unusual souvenirs.

    Fabric and handicrafts are a popular purchase; head for Mozang Bazaar for hand-block-printed bedspreads and tablecloths, or Ichra Bazaar for high-quality cotton and unstitched silk. Liberty Market, a more modern venue, is also a good place to find handicrafts and clothing. For an afternoon of browsing luxury goods and designer brands, Xinhua Mall is the place to go.
