DOHA, Qatar – Qatar Airways returns to the Web Summit Qatar as the Official Lifestyle and Travel Partner for the third consecutive year to unveil a suite of intuitive, user-led airline products designed to enhance and personalise passenger experience and advance industry innovation.

The airline is showcasing its latest digital, loyalty, and experiential offerings in the ‘Innovation Capsule’ at the Qatar Airways Pavilion from 1-4 February 2026.
Qatar Airways is inviting all Web Summit Qatar visitors to the exclusive experience of interacting with ‘Q Search’ – a first-of-its-kind solution in the airline industry designed to deliver instant answers across Qatar Airways products and services. Q Search acts as an abstract yet intelligent layer, allowing users to ask questions in natural language and receive intuitive, conversational responses.
The experience is part of the airline’s ongoing enhancement of its digital ecosystem and loyalty offerings. It also reflects Qatar Airways’ proactive, customer‑centric approach to innovation, where Qatar Airways’ renowned, forward-thinking design and exceptional standards redefine the future of travel.
Qatar Airways Privilege Club is also introducing ‘Infinite Awards’ at the technology summit, offering members a conversational, AI‑powered inspiration engine. This tool is designed to help them set their goals, understand how to earn Avios, and plan their next journey with a simple prompt, generating personalised destination ideas and recommendations.
Members can explore the world of Privilege Club offerings, and discover the best and easiest opportunities to collect Avios through everyday activities that resonate with their lifestyle. Through an inspiring, personalised view of what is achievable, Infinite Awards shows members that a trip to their dream destination is closer than they think.
Members can make their Privilege Club experience even more impactful by donating their Avios directly to Education Above All Foundation through the Qatar Airways website and app.

In a pioneering collaboration with Qatar Central Bank, Privilege Club is extending loyalty beyond travel to everyday spending through Himyan, the first national pre-paid card in Qatar. The partnership supports Qatar National Vision 2030 by accelerating digital innovation and strengthening the national payments ecosystem, making rewards more accessible, seamless, and locally relevant for members across Qatar.
Himyan cardholders can now collect 1 Avios for every QAR 8 spent using their cards on online or point-of-sale transactions. The cardholders will also benefit from Card-Linked Offers, whereby they will collect even more Avios for purchases with linked Himyan cards at participating Privilege Club partner outlets, including retail, dining, entertainment, lifestyle, and other diverse venues across Qatar.
Qatar Airways has entered a new partnership with Mowasalat, ‘Karwa’ – Qatar’s leading transport provider. Through this collaboration, Privilege Club members exploring Qatar will soon be able to collect and spend Avios for taxi or chauffeured journeys through Mowasalat, ‘Karwa’. By downloading the Karwa Taxi app and linking their Privilege Club and Karwa accounts, members can choose to earn Avios on eligible trips or use Avios as an alternative payment method.
Following Privilege Club’s enhanced partnership with Ooredoo – Qatar’s leading telecommunications company, members will soon benefit from an improved ratio of 4:1 when converting their Nojoom Points to Avios, and a 2:1 ratio when converting their Avios to Nojoom Points.
As part of its participation, Qatar Airways launched its first-ever digital destination, ‘QVerse Island’, in Fortnite – one of the world’s most popular digital environments. QVerse Island reimagines Doha, the capital of Qatar, and Hamad International Airport, offering travellers an immersive way to explore the city while engaging with the airline’s brand experience. At the Web Summit Qatar 2026, visitors can experience QVerse Island through three interactive stations.
Qatar Airways is once again hosting its series of ‘Tarmac Talks’ at the pavilion, where the airline’s subject matter experts will give insights into the technologies displayed during the event. The topics cover a diverse range of aviation-related innovations from loyalty analytics to airline transformation to cargo digitisation.
