Redeeming your Avios while shopping is simple! Just present your Privilege Club membership card (digital card or plastic card) and boarding pass (for purchases at Hamad International Airport) a duly signed photo ID (for purchases at Oryx Galleria) to the cashier at the checkout counter and your membership account will be debited automatically. Should you not have your Privilege Club membership card (digital card or plastic card), simply email our Member Service Centre at membersvc@qmiles.com to request for a replacement.
