Amadeus Eticket server outage notification

Dear Valued Partner,

Due to a technical issue between AMADEUS & other GDS, ticket numbers generated in other GDS were not synchronized with QR record locators in Amadeus.

Some PNRs may have been impacted by segment cancellation due to Ticketing Time Limit (TTL) expiry within the impacted window.

Required action :

  • 1  - Ticketed confirmed segments cancelled within the outage window due to TTL expiry shall be reinstated  by QR office or Travel Agent
  • 2. - QR office shall assist to revalidate e-ticket coupon in order to reinstate segments within the same RBD, flight, date, routing as original
  • 3.- Travel Agent shall contact OAL for reissue/revalidation in case that passenger holds a ticket issued on OAL stock/plate.

Travel Agents are not authorized to queue such PNRs directly to QR HO and they shall contact nearest QR office for assistance.

Please book GK/GL segments in other GDS PNRs (non-Amadeus PNRs), if cancelled under TTL process and unable to reinstate same RBD.”

**Note: Only PNR’s impacted by TTL cancellation on 1st of July  between 0252-1240GMT should be coordinated for assistance with QR offices
