Any Trade Portal registered user can perform name correction, and change, on PNRs that are either booked or issued by the travel agency.Under what circumstances is name correction/change allowed?
Below are the scenarios where name correction/change is allowed:
Can I request name correction/change for partially-flown PNRs?
- Modification of first name due to spelling errors
- Addition or deletion of middle name
- Rearrangement of name (transpose)
- Legal name changes
- Infant addition/deletion
- Title changes
- Category changes from infant to child or child to adult

Yes, once the request is approved, you will need to re-issue the ticket.Will the PNR be automatically updated once name correction has been approved?

In case of legal name change, or last name change, or any changes more than 3 characters, travel agencies should upload any one of the documents below:

What is Qsuite Quad?
Seats located in the centre of the business cabin, which form the QUAD, and double beds, are marked as ‘Preferential’.What is Qsuite Quad access self-service?
This service enables agents to unlock the Quad in the Qsuite cabin so that they can choose the seats for their customers. This process helps to unlock the seat map. However, the agent needs to select the seats on GDS.How long does it take to unblock the Quad?
As soon as you raise the request, the Quad will be unblocked and the agent will be able to perform seat selection on GDS.Can I raise self-service for all PNRs?
Flights that are configured with the Qsuite cabin, and have PNRs for more than two passengers, are eligible for Qsuite Quad service.
Who can perform OKTB self-service?
Any marine agent who is approved to use this service by the QR team.How can I get access to OKTB self-service?
If you are a marine agent, then you can raise a request to get access. All you need to do is sign the “indemnity form” and submit it through Trade Portal.
Once QR team approves your request, you can have full and immediate access to OKT3.How long does it take to complete an OKTB for my customer?
If you have access to OKTB self-service, you can have it done immediately by entering the PNR of your customer and submitting the request.
