Qatar Stopover is a unique programme designed by Qatar Airways and its destination management division, Discover Qatar, in collaboration with Qatar Tourism, enables passengers to experience Qatar with a stopover whenever transiting through Doha on their holiday or travel itinerary.
The offer is available for transit passengers traveling until 31 December 2023, excluding the Eid holidays and blackout dates. All travel must be completed by 31 December 2023. The offer is also subject to room availability at the time of booking.
Book a multi-city Qatar Airways ticket with a transit of between 12 and 96 hours (4 days). Simultaneously, book your ‘Qatar Stopover’ hotel stay for up to 4 nights with Discover Qatar.
Stopover Packages are on room only basis. Optional breakfast, transfers and tours are available.
A valid visa is required to enter the country. Entry into Qatar will be at the discretion of the immigration authorities. Discover Qatar is not responsible for the decision taken by the immigration authorities.
Customers can enjoy a range of thrilling desert experiences in addition to exciting tours around the city available for booking with Discover Qatar.
You may cancel a booking at any time up to 72 hours before the day of arrival. Refunds may take up to 1 month from the date of request. Voluntary changes can be accepted one time only without an amendment fee. In case of visa rejections, bookings stand confirmed and are non-amendable and non-refundable.
Customers have to show their Qatar Stopover booking voucher and boarding pass at the time of check-in. If the customer has lost their boarding pass, they must provide their Qatar Airways e-ticket number to the hotel for validation.
The Qatar Stopover allows customers to check-in any time of the day according to their flight itinerary and check-out any time within 24 hours maximum for 1-night stay offer and within 96 hours for maximum of 4 nights stay.
Citizens of over 95 countries are eligible for visa-free entry into the State of Qatar. Visitors are kindly advised to check with an authorized entity for the terms and conditions that apply.
