Enhanced servicing capabilities through trade portal:


We encourage all our trade partners to register via trade portal in order to receive additional servicing capabilities. We understand that NDC is evolving and in order to support our Trade Partners we have developed workarounds within trade portal.


Some of these include and are not limited to:

  • - In a case where a split is not supported by your platform, then the same can be done via the portal
  • - Ability to add passport details on a reservation
  • - Ability to add special meal requests
  • - Ability to add ancillary services (excess baggage /preferred seating etc.)
  • - Assistance with name correction /change scenarios (as per Qatar Airways’ name change policy)


*PS: by performing these activities via trade portal the trade partner may not be able to see the changes on their platform side within the PNR

We can assist with:

  • Problems related to fare filing (NDC Shopping and Offers)
  • Incident management & troubleshooting in case of functional issues or workarounds
  • Queries on workarounds:
    • Servicing PNR
    • Revalidation /Re-issuance
    • Schedule changes
    • Split & add service
  • Issues in ancillaries related to services offered by Qatar Airways
  • Ticketing & Time limit related inconsistencies (NDC Order related)
  • Revenue Integrity related queries
  • Payment related problems & failures
  • Error investigation and resolution
  • Qatar Airways policy queries related to NDC

We cannot assist with:

  • Changes to live bookings*
  • Refunds or EMD issuance
  • Grant ticketing authority
