- Packages are non-refundable. Cancellation of the service will result in 100% charges. Any amendments are subject to the airline and hotel cancellation/change policies individually.
- Refunds are not available on partially used or fully unutilized packages. The unused portion of any package or service is non-refundable and the cancellation of any service will result in 100% charges.
- Qatar Airways Holidays reserves the right to levy the full cancellation charges on an individual tour package basis, even if a
- “No-Show” or “Early departure” will result in 100% of the total package cost being charged.
- Booking changes requested are subject to availability and subject to a handling fee of US $100 per booking. Change Fees will be invoiced in full and separately from the booking payment schedule.
- Packages include return flights, accommodation, race tickets as specified and any other explicitly mentioned inclusions.
- Packages do not include visas, medical insurance or any other inclusions unless explicitly stated.

- Flights, hotel and event tickets’ rates that are quoted are inclusive of all taxes and fees known at the time of producing this package. Qatar Airways Holidays reserves the right to adjust without prior notice, the quoted rates accordingly to reflect any increase or changes in the amount of government or municipality fees and/or taxes as applicable.
- Every effort will be made to confirm a booking exactly as per the Customer’s request; however, in case of no availability, Qatar Airways Holidays reserves the right to offer similar alternatives.
- Starting prices mentioned are per person, based on minimum two passengers on twin share basis, for an estimated average flight price that can vary according to the origin country, economy class flight, entry level hotel available and entry level event ticket. The final pricing is subject to availability and seasonality.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking for confirmation and the issuance of E-tickets and vouchers. In the event of such conditions not being met, the booking will not be honoured.
- Qatar Airways Holidays reserve the right to cancel any Promotional booking that does not meet these terms & conditions.
- Package is not valid for unaccompanied minors or children travelling without an adult over 18 years of age.
- Bookings can only be made by customers above 18 years old at the time of booking.
- It is the responsibility of the Customer to obtain and carry a valid passport and other travelling documents including visas, permits, vaccination certificates, etc. Qatar Airways Holidays shall not be liable for any inconvenience, expense, loss or damage of any kind that may be, incurred by the Customer due to failure by the Customer to obtain or produce such documents.
- In case of visa rejections, bookings stand confirmed and are non-amendable and non-refundable.
- By making this booking you have accepted all terms and conditions which apply to the offer, in addition to conditions which may apply to the specific accommodations, race tickets, tours and services.
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time in order to ensure compliance with applicable laws or any requirements of MotoGP™ or any of Qatar Airways Holidays’ suppliers.
- Notices: All notices, demands, requests or other communications (“Communications”) shall be in writing and shall be sent via registered mail or transmitted by hand delivery or e-mail to the address or details as provided at the time of booking.
- Severability: If any provision or portion of any provision is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity and enforceability of the enforceable portion of any such provisions shall not be affected by this.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. The parties shall endeavour in good faith to resolve any dispute arising from, and/or in connection with these Terms and Conditions by way of good faith discussion and negotiation. If the parties do not resolve any such dispute within fifteen (15) days from the date on which negotiations are initiated, the dispute shall be finally determined under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Qatar.
- Force Majeure: The performance of these Terms and Conditions by either party is subject to acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, war, government action or decree, disaster, strikes (other than strikes by our staff), riot or civil disorder, acts of terrorism, curtailment of transportation facilities (to the extent such curtailment was beyond our reasonable control), inclement weather, the rescheduling or cancellation of the Event, its being held “behind closed doors”, origin or destination country border policy prevents travel, or its being relocated to another venue or any other emergencies beyond the affected party’s control making it illegal or impossible to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions. In the event that performance of these Terms and Conditions is not possible by reason of Force Majeure, neither party shall be deemed to be in breach of the terms of these Terms and Conditions and neither party shall then be obligated in any manner to the other with respect to such performance. Compensation will not be payable by either party. To the extent we recover monies from the Provider(s) we will refund such monies to you and we will use our reasonable efforts to obtain such recovery.
- Insurance: you are responsible for arranging and obtaining your own travel insurance, including cancellation insurance. Qatar Airways Holidays cannot be responsible for any losses incurred by you to the extent we are unable to recover such monies.
- Any personal data provided to us by you has been provided to Qatar Airways Holidays for the purpose of purchasing a Package, making a hotel reservation, booking ancillary services, facilitating immigration and entry requirements and making such data available to government agencies. For these purposes, you authorize us to retain and use such data to transmit it to our own offices, suppliers, authorized agents, government agencies, other carriers or the providers of such services, in whatever the country they may be located in accordance with Qatar Airways Holidays’ and TUI Privacy Notice.
- All extra charges incurred during the stay (e.g. meals, laundry, room service, telephone etc.) are the responsibility of the guest and need to be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out and a credit card will be requested upon check-in as security against other services which are offered at an additional charge.
- The standard check-in time at the hotels is after 14h00 hours on the day of arrival (local time in the destination) and check-out time is 11h00 am on the day of departure. Certain properties may have different policies and these must be adhered to.
- The Hotel reserves the right to request an advance security deposit from the Customer upon arrival. The amount of the deposit and the exact date on which it is due are defined between the hotel and the customer.
- Please note all rooms are non-smoking unless otherwise specifically stated. If there is evidence of smoking in your room you may incur a deep cleaning fee charged to you by the Accommodation Provider.
- A valid voucher and accommodation booking confirmation must be presented at the accommodation upon check-in to avail the room/s.
- Early check in and late check out are not available.
- Any special requests like bedding, smoking/non-smoking rooms, connecting / adjacent rooms, etc. are subject to accommodation availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Bedding configuration provided in the rooms are subject to availability. Qatar Airways Holidays will not be held liable for non-availability of requested bed type.
- The categorization of hotels, resorts and other types of accommodation is generally undertaken by the Tourism body in the destination country. Qatar Airways Holidays does not take responsibility if the rating/grading of the accommodation does not conform to international standards.
- The accommodation provider may require us to provide the names and contact details of you and/or your guests in order to verify those who will be using the confirmed rooms. You acknowledge and agree that we may use, process and store such data for this purpose and provide it to the Accommodation Provider. You acknowledge your responsibility to obtain the written consent of each of your guests to use his data for the purpose described above.
- Our liability to you: Our role is to secure your booking at the property chosen and although we will try to resolve matters where the Hotel has not complied with any of its obligations, we emphasize that we do not have control over or responsibility for the actual services provided to you by the Property chosen or for the actions of it or its employees.
- We shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses, fines, liabilities, direct or indirect damage, including any extrinsic, special, penal, punitive, exemplary or consequential damage or damages of any kind whatsoever (“Damage”) or howsoever caused in connection with your use of the Accommodation
- Except to the extent otherwise expressly provided for in this Terms & Conditions, and to the extent permissible by law, we provide no warranties, whether express, tacit or implied, arising by operation of law or otherwise, in respect of any of the services provided to you. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. Your primary rights in the event the accommodation services are not performed properly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, shall be our assigning of our warranty claims, if any, against the respective accommodation provider to you. In any case the warranty shall be limited to the accommodation services being in accordance with the specification given by us.
- The Terms and Conditions that apply on each booking are personal to you and you may not assign, transfer, subcontract or otherwise part with any benefits or obligations without our prior written consent, provided however that you may assign or transfer the right to use any service without our prior written consent. Please note that if you do allow someone else to use the confirmed services in accordance with this Clause then you agree to ensure that these Terms and Conditions will apply to that person also.
- By purchasing a travel package including MotoGP™ tickets you formally accept and are bound by (and must comply with) the LUSAIL CIRCUIT SPORTS CLUB’s Ticket Terms and Conditions and used in conjunction with our standard package booking Terms and Conditions outlined on this page. See Section 8 for details.
- Please note that 3-day tickets in the same Grandstand are in most cases not automatically seated together. Whilst Qatar Airways Holidays will make every effort to seat customers on the same booking together, this cannot be guaranteed.
- MotoGP™ ticket purchases are restricted to 1 MotoGP™ ticket per guest staying at a hotel booked with Qatar Airways Holidays
- Children 3 years and over must purchase a full price ticket. This may vary race by race and specific T&Cs will apply.
- You must not sell, offer for sale, resell or unauthorised use of Tickets, such as for prize competitions, promotions, sweepstakes, travel packages, hospitality packages and/or any other commercial purposes.
- You acknowledge and agree to not acting, purporting to act, or advertising its ability to act, as an agent, facilitator or representative of a third party for the purchase, or purported purchase, of a Ticket Inclusive Travel Package (or any component of a Ticket Inclusive Travel Package) and/or Ticket(s) by the third party.
- We reserve the right to cancel any Ticket issued in the event of a failure to comply with the requirements set out in this Terms & Conditions.
- You acknowledge and agree that all Ticket sales are final and that following the acquisition of a Ticket, Customer will not be able to cancel such acquisition or return any Ticket.
- The format of Tickets (i.e., paper or mobile) to be issued shall be determined by MotoGP™.
- You acknowledge and agree that Qatar Airways Holidays is not responsible for any lost or stolen Ticket following the supply of such Ticket.
- You acknowledge the importance of the control of the distribution of Tickets so as to: (i) prevent the creation of a secondary market (or “parallel market”) in the sale of Tickets, (ii) ensure that security procedures are not compromised by the unauthorised re-distribution of Tickets, (iii) ensure that Tickets are not used by entities other than Commercial Affiliates for Ticket promotions, and (iv) prevent Ambush Marketing in connection with Tickets.
- A MotoGP™ Authority may carry out access controls and inspections at a Race. In the event that you attempt to use a Ticket at a Race and the personal details do not match any Personal Data provided with respect to such Ticket, the MotoGP™ Authority expressly reserves the right to cancel the relevant Ticket(s) and/or to refuse entrance to the Race to you, with no right to any refund.
4.1 Definition of terms:
a. Event means the MotoGP™ QATAR GRAND PRIX 2023 and any support events or any peripheral entertainment
b. organised or staged at the Venue;
c. Event Country means QATAR;
d. FIA means the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile or any employee, representative, agent or contractor acting
e. on the FIA’s behalf;
f. Promoter means Ministry of Sports and Youth;
g. Terms and Conditions means this document and any other documents incorporated by reference;
h. Venue means LUSAIL INTERNATIONAL CIRCUIT motor racing venue hosting the Event;
i. you or a Ticketholder means a person who has purchased or obtained a ticket to the Event, or a person who otherwise
j. uses or attempts to make use of a ticket.
4.2. Qatar Motor & Motorcycle Federation, acting as delivery agency to organise and promote the Event, has appointed Lusail Circuit Sports Club to be responsible for the ticket sales of the Event.
4.3. The purchase, possession and/or use (or attempted use) of a ticket to gain entry to the Venue for the Event constitutes acceptance of, and agreement to comply with, these Terms and Conditions.
4.4. These Terms and Conditions are subject to any additional Event admission, security, public order and safety conditions, terms or regulations that may be sign-posted at the Venue or issued by the Promoter from time to time (the Venue Regulations). The Venue Regulations are available at www.lcsc.qa. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Venue Regulations, the Venue Regulations will prevail.
4.5. The Promoter reserves the right to make alterations to the published Event programme where necessary.
Spectators allowed to the event
4.6. If you purchase a ticket for a person younger than the age of majority in the Event Country, you are responsible for ensuring that child complies with these Terms and Conditions and that a parent or guardian consents to entry into these Terms and Conditions on behalf of that child.
4.7. If you have purchased a ticket for a person other than yourself, you must bring these Terms and Conditions to their attention.
Ticket use
4.8. You may be refused entry to the Venue if you attempt to use or present a ticket bought, acquired or obtained from an unauthorised vendor.
4.9. All tickets that are damaged or torn or suspected of being forgeries will entitle the Promoter to refuse entry to the venue.
4.10. Admission to the Venue will only be granted on presentation of a valid ticket. Proof of identity or age may be requested to verify the ticketholder’s entitlement to use a ticket or classification of ticket.
4.11. The Promoter declines any responsibility for tickets that have not been purchased at official points of sale.
4.12. Ticketholders in possession of a child’s ticket or other category of discounted ticket, who are not eligible to hold such a ticket, may be refused entry to the Venue or required to pay the difference between the cost of the ticket they hold and the full price adult ticket.
4.13. The Promoter reserves the right to alter seat allocations (if any) without prior notice, for a valid reason.
4.14. No admission or re-admission is permitted after the end of each day of the Event.
4.15. You must keep your ticket safe and in good condition. The Promoter reserves the right not to replace or accept any ticket that is lost, forgotten, stolen, damaged, defaced, forged or destroyed or any ticket which is unreadable or incomplete. The Promoter will not replace tickets for seating that is classified as general admission or is unallocated.
Refunds, prohibitions on transfers and resale of tickets
4.16. Tickets to the event are strictly non-transferable and not for resale.
4.17. No ticket for the Event may be on-sold or offered for resale for any form of fee or reward without the prior written consent of the Promoter and FOWC first being obtained and without complying with these Terms and Conditions in all respects.
4.18. No ticket for the Event may be used by any person for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes including without limitation, prizes, competitions, contests, sweepstakes or packaged with hospitality or other products without the prior written consent of FOWC and the Promoter first being obtained.
4.19. Tickets are non-refundable except as outlined in these Terms and Conditions or as required by law.
4.20. Tickets cannot be exchanged.
4.21. Any ticket offered for sale, sold or transferred in breach of these Terms and Conditions may be cancelled and any person seeking to use such ticket may be refused entry to, or evicted from the Venue without refund or compensation.
4.22. The Promoter does not guarantee that a session or day of the Event will take place at the date and time indicated on the ticket. The Promoter, Organiser may make changes to the date and time of a session or day of the Event in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, including poor weather conditions, safety or security concerns. There are no refunds if a session or day of the Event is delayed, interrupted or not-completed.
4.23. Unless required by law, refunds or exchanges will only be given if the Event is cancelled. No booking or delivery fees will be refunded if the Event is cancelled. If the Event is cancelled, the Promoter will refund the person who purchased the ticket, the ticket price using the same payment method used to purchase the ticket. Except where required by law, no refunds will be given in relation to any fees or charges paid in addition to the ticket price (for example, any postage, courier, transport or accommodation charges) and no interest or costs will be payable by the Promoter in respect of any monies refunded.
4.24. No refund or exchange will be given if you choose not to use your ticket or to attend the Event.
Conduct at the Venue
4.25. While at the Venue you must maintain safe and respectful behaviour. The Promoter reserves the right, on reasonable grounds, to refuse admission and to remove persons from the Venue, including where: (a) you are or your behaviour is likely to adversely affect the enjoyment of others; (b) you are or your behaviour is likely to provoke a breach of the peace;
(c) you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances; or (d) you fail to follow the lawful directions or instructions of Event staff or security personnel.
4.26. You may be exposed to loud noises at the Event. You and any of your guests, particularly children, are advised to wear hearing protection during races and music concerts (if any).
4.27. You must follow the lawful directions of Event or Venue staff, security personal and emergency services authorities and comply with all relevant laws and regulations of the Event Country.
4.28. You must not obstruct access-ways, exits, entrances or staircases or seek entry to stands, seats or areas for which you do not hold a ticket.
4.29. Parents and guardians are responsible for children that accompany them at all times at the Venue. All children under sixteen (16) years of age must be supervised at all times.
4.30. No animals (with the exception of registered assistance dogs) will be admitted to the Venue.
4.31. You must not bring into, use, distribute or display (whether for free or not) within the Venue any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials or do any other thing which may cause a reasonable person to believe that you have a sponsorship arrangement with the Promoter, the Event or its affiliates.
4.32. It is not permitted to bring alcohol beverages and any objects that could be considered dangerous by the Promoter inside the venue.
4.33. The Organisation reserves the right to allow or deny access to the venue once the event has started.
Safety and Security
4.34. You must comply with all security measures and instructions given to you by the Promoter (or its authorised agents), any official, steward or staff member of the Venue.
4.35. The Promoter reserves the right to direct you to leave the Venue at any time for safety or security reasons.
4.36. The Promoter may use CCTV cameras at the Venue. Your image may be captured by these CCTV cameras. The Promoter may use or pass to law enforcement agencies any recordings from CCTV cameras.
4.37. You must make your person and bags available for inspection. The Promoter may refuse entry to or eject from the Venue any person refusing to consent to such inspection.
4.38. You must not bring to the Venue or seek entry to the Venue while in possession of: (a) bottles, cans, glass vessels or your own food and drink (unless permitted by the Venue Regulations); (b) illegal substances or any article that might be used or interpreted as a weapon and/or compromise public safety or enjoyment of the Event including knives, bladed items, fireworks, smoke canisters, personal protection sprays, air-horns, vuvuzelas, whistles, flares, firearms, ammunition, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items; (c) drones or similar equipment, phone jammers, radio scanners, walkie-talkies, laser devices, selfie sticks; (d) bicycles, roller-skates, skateboards, scooters, prams; (e) items which could in the option of the Promoter be used to sabotage or damage property; or (f) items of a political, religious or other similar nature or items bearing offensive slogans or messages (Prohibited Items).
4.39. Any person in possession of Prohibited Items may be refused entry to or ejected from the Venue or may only be permitted to remain in the Venue if any such Prohibited Items are surrendered.
4.40. Any Prohibited Items that are surrendered will be deemed to be surrendered irrevocably and voluntarily. Any such items may be disposed of by the Promoter without any liability.
Photography and Recording
4.41. You must not make, create, store, record or transmit any kind of sound recording, visual footage or audio-visual footage (Recording), or store, record or transmit any information or other data, including official timing, results, performance, telemetry, weather or race control data (Data) of, at, or in relation to the Event. It is forbidden to take into the Venue any equipment that may enable you to do the aforementioned acts. Personal electronic devices (including still image cameras, mobile telephones and other handheld personal communications devices) are permitted within the Venue unless otherwise advised, provided that any Recording, Data and any image, including photographic images and any still pictures derived or capable of being derived from a Recording (Image) of the Event that is recorded, stored and/or created thereon is used for personal, private and non-commercial purposes only.
4.42. As a condition of entry to the Venue you agree that (a) the use of any such Recording, Data or Image for any form of public advertisement, display, commercial gain or for any other purpose (except for your private enjoyment) without the prior written consent of MotoGP™ is strictly forbidden and will constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions for which you may be liable; and (b) on request by the Promoter or MotoGP™, you shall assign to FOWC in writing the copyright and all other intellectual property in any Image or Recording that you create, make, store or record of, at or in relation to the Event; and (c) you consent to the use by MotoGP™ (and by any third party authorized by MotoGP™ from time to time) for the purposes of or in connection with any publication, exhibition or broadcast (including any advertising or promotional literature, campaign or material) in any media worldwide, in perpetuity and on a royalty-free basis, and approved by FOWC of any still or moving picture images taken at the Event where such image includes any image of you, your voice or your likeness and you waive any and all of your personality and privacy rights to the extent necessary to permit such use.
4.43. Unauthorised Recordings, Images or similar items or content may be confiscated and destroyed. The Promoter and FOWC and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to or resulting from confiscated items.
4.44. Ownership, possession or use of a ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on you to use (for any commercial purpose or otherwise), alter, copy or otherwise deal with the name of the Event or part thereof (nor any abbreviation or foreign language version thereof), any logo or graphic device of or relating to the Event or any of the symbols, trade marks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket. The MotoGP™ Logo, CHAMPIONSHIP, QATAR GRAND PRIX, GRAND PRIX, VIP Village and related marks are trade marks of MotoGP™ Licensing B.V, a MotoGP™ company. All rights reserved.
Liability
4.45. You acknowledge that motor racing, the Event and certain activities associated with the Event (including without limitation Support Events) are dangerous and you agree to attend at your own risk.
4.46. The Promoter, sanctioning bodies, MotoGP™ and its affiliates, including MotoGPTH Management Limited, MotoGP™ Licensing B.V., MotoGP™ One Asset Management Limited, MotoGP™ Hospitality and Event Services Limited, MotoGP™ Motorsport Limited, MotoGP™ Marketing Limited, persons involved in the organisation of the Event (including officials, marshals, rescue and medical staff), the competitors and drivers (such parties to include where relevant all directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and affiliated companies), are not responsible for any loss or damage howsoever aused to you or your property to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Event Country (save that nothing in these conditions limits or excludes (a) liability for death or personal injury arising out of the negligence of any of the above mentioned parties, or (b) any damage incurred by way of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by any of the above mentioned parties).
4.47. By signing this form, the customer hereby consents to the collection and processing of the personal data that he / she has provided to the Lusail Circuit Sports Club.
4.48. Subject to the laws of the Event Country, you may have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information or to object to or restrict the Promoter processing your personal information in certain circumstances. Any information requests or other queries in relation to these Terms and Conditions should be sent to info@lcsc.qa
4.49. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Event Country. You irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Event Country and waive any objection to the venue of any legal process in these courts on the basis that the process has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
4.50. These Terms and Conditions are not intended to affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

4.52. The Promoter reserves the right to make amendments to these Terms and Conditions from time to time where it has a valid reason to do so (including, without limitation, a change in the operational, security or health and safety requirements of the Promoter and/or Venue). Any material changes will be notified to you by the Promoter via the email address you provided at the time you purchased your tickets.
