Best Price Guarantee: Submit a claim

To submit a claim for the Best Price Guarantee, please follow these three easy steps:

1. Compare the fare of the ticket you purchased through to the published Qatar Airways fare on any other website, ensuring that the purchased airfare is for the exact same flight, date, itinerary, cabin*, booking class*, fare rules and restrictions.

2. Take a screenshot of the of the lower fare from the last page before finalising the booking on the other website within one (1) hour of your ticket purchase on The screenshot should show the flight numbers and dates, the cabin* and booking class*, the fare rules, the lower total fare including all taxes, fees and surcharges for the same payment method, the website URL and the date and time the lower fare was available. You will be asked to upload these screenshots in order to submit your claim.

3. File a claim by completing and submitting the below claim form at the latest within the calendar day following the booking on

*Cabin is defined as Economy or Business Class.  Booking class is identified by a letter (e.g. N, T, O, R) which confirms the specific inventory class within the Economy or Business Class cabin, applicable for the fare selected.
