• Information on how to collect and spend Avios forms part of these terms and conditions. An Eligible Purchase (as defined below) in the “Qatar Duty Free 25 Year Anniversary Bonus Avios Campaign” promotion (the “Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The Promotion is conducted by Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S.C, through its Privilege Club (the “Promoter”)
• The Promotion commences 12:01am (AST) on 1st May 2025 and will continue until 11:59:59pm (AST) on 1st June 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).  

Eligibility

• Eligible participants are Qatar Airways Privilege Club Members and Qatar Airways Student Club Members at the time of an Eligible Purchase, and who hold an unsuspended membership account (Eligible Participants).
• Entry is not open to Family Members of Eligible Participants on the same Privilege Club membership or to Beyond Business membership holders.

• Eligible Participant who makes a purchase at Qatar Duty Free participating store(s), Hamad International Airport, Doha, Qatar, except any purchase made at the stores listed below* (the “Eligible Purchase(s)”).

*The following stores are excluded from the Eligible Purchase(s) and/or Promotion:

Collecting Bonus Avios

• During the Promotion Period, Eligible Participants will earn 2.5 Avios (the “Bonus Avios”) for every QAR 5 spent, if they:
  • make an Eligible Purchase during the Promotion Period; 
  • provide their Membership Number at the time of purchase; and 
  • present their digital Privilege Club Membership Card and their boarding pass at the time of purchase

• The Bonus Avios amount may vary if transaction is paid in a foreign currency due to currency exchange rate fluctuations. 
• The Bonus Avios will be credited to the Eligible Participant’s Privilege Club Account within 30 days after the purchase has been completed and provided that the product (the subject of the Eligible Purchase) has not been returned.  The Promoter reserves the right to reverse Avios in such instances. 

General terms and conditions

• Eligible Participants may make multiple Eligible Purchases in order to collect the Bonus Avios.
• In case of missing transactions, Eligible Participants must submit their claim directly to the Promoter within 6 months after the date of the transaction unless the Promoter informs the Eligible Participants otherwise. The eligibility of the transaction will be determined by the Promoter for processing accordingly. 
• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion at any time and without any prior notice or incurring any liability. 
• The Promoter shall not be liable for any disputes or claims arising from this Promotion. The Promoter’s decision is final in relation to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into. 
• If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Participant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Participant. 
• Capitalised terms used in these terms and conditions and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.   
• The Privilege Club Terms and Conditions shall also apply to this Promotion. 
• By participating in this Promotion, the Privilege Club Members acknowledge and agree to terms and conditions.
