Redeem Avios on non-airlines partners
To give our members more ways to use the Avios they have earned in addition to flights, excess bagge and upgrades; members can now redeem their Avios for hotel stays with AccorHotels.
AccorHotels, the world's top hotel operator and a leader in Europe, features a portfolio ranging from luxury to economy brands that are known for their quality of service.
To redeem your Avios for a hotel stay with AccorHotels, simply log in to your account and go to the “Redeem with Partners” page and then the “Convert Avios” section to submit your request.
Please ensure that you quote your membership number at the time of booking or check-in when using the services of any of our non-air partners. This is so that your Avios are automatically credited to your account.
In the event that your Avios are not credited to your account please write to the partner to request for your missing Avios. To find out more about claiming missing Avios from non-air partners, please click here.
Le Club AccorHotels

As a valued Privilege Club member, you can now redeem your Avios for stays at AccorHotels by converting your Avios to Le Club AccorHotels points.

As a valued Privilege Club member, you can now redeem your Avios for stays at AccorHotels by converting your Avios to Le Club AccorHotels points.

4,500 Avios = 1,000 Le Club AccorHotels points.
To convert your Avios to Le Club AccorHotels points you need to log in to your account and from the My Dashboard page, click the Redeem Avios tab. Please select Convert Avios from the Redemption with Partners section and complete the request form.
Avios will be converted to LCAH points within 10 days.

● Avios can be redeemed in blocks of 4,500 that equals 1,000 Le Club Accorhotels Points.
● In a single redemption request, member can choose a maximum of 10 blocks, i.e. up to 45,000 Avios can be redeemed for 10,000 Le Club Accorhotels points.
● A member can redeem a maximum of 100,000 Avios per calendar year.
● Avios will be deducted from the respective Privilege Club account, once the redemption request is submitted. Avios once deducted are non-refundable.
● The redemption request will either be ‘Approved’ or ‘Rejected’ within 10 days from request submission date. Until the time transfer to Le Club Accorhotels account is completed, the transaction status will be either ‘Pending’ or ‘Pending Partner Approval’. Once the transaction is successful, the status will change to “Approved”.
● If the transaction is rejected, the status will change to “Rejected” along with a valid reason of rejection; and the deducted Avios will be credited back to the respective Privilege Club account.
● In case of any questions member can contact us.
● Where members have opportunity to convert or exchange Avios with loyalty points at a Partner’s program, any such conversion shall only be valid if: the member belong to Qatar Airways Privilege Club and a member in the Partner’s program; and Avios are transferred to a single unique Accor account during the membership cycle of Qatar Airways Privilege Club member, held with that Partner’s program in the member’s own name. Qatar Airways Privilege Club reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel any Avios transfer to a Partner’s program, where:
1. Qatar Airways has reason to believe that the identity of the transfer or member does not match the identity of transferee or
2. Where there has been any fraudulent/suspicious activity connected with the accrual of Avios or conversion in a member’s account or
3. Member is found to violating Privilege Club terms and conditions.
● Member must complete all transactions online once redemption request has been “Approved”.
● From 11 March 2018, we will no longer be processing these services through our ticketing offices and contact centres.
