This offer of earn 5,000 Avios for every USD100 in VAT refunds & 5,000 bonus Avios for every VAT refund of USD5,000 (the “Promotion”) is subject to below terms and conditions:

• The Promotion is from 01 March 2023 to 31 August 2023 and this period is defined as the “Promotion Period”.
• Members will be awarded bonus Avios only if: 
  

a) Your Qatar Airways Privilege Club account is active and set as the default refund method when you register for the utu Tax Free app

b) Your Qatar Airways Privilege Club account is linked to your utu account 

c) Your Qatar Airways Privilege Club account number and Last Name entered in the utu Tax Free app matches the details in the selected Privilege Club account. Once converted, the expiry and value of the Avios will be subject to Qatar Airways Privilege Club rules.

• Following the submission of a conversion request from you to convert utu Miles to Avios, it cannot be cancelled, and it cannot be converted back to utu Miles. 
  
• The Member will be notified via the utu Tax Free App once the bonus Avios has been credited to your Qatar Airways Privilege Club account. 
  
• utu shall not be liable for any incorrect utu Miles transfer based on inaccurate information provided. 
  

The offer to earn 5,000 Avios for every USD100 in VAT refunds (USD100 = USD150 worth) is subject to below terms and conditions:

• As per the standard proposition, members earn USD125 to USD130 for every USD100 tax refund when members have their tax refunded to their utu Tax Free Card. During the Promotion Period, all utu members will enjoy an offer to earn USD150 for every USD100 in tax refunds.
• The promotion refund bonus is only applicable for airmiles rewards; during the promotion period, the base refund reward of utu membership does not apply. 
  
• Members will be eligible to convert their tax refund amount to Avios only if: 
  

a) utu Tax Free Card has been activated

b) Qatar Airways Privilege Club is selected as the default Refund Method. This means your Privilege Club account is linked to utu account - the details entered in the utu Tax Free app must match the Qatar Airways Privilege Club account details

c) Tax refund has been successfully credited to the utu Tax Free Card that is being stated on the tax refund form

• The 5,000 Avios earn per USD100 in VAT refunds is open to all new and existing Qatar Airways Privilege members during the Promotion Period.
• utu members will be notified via the utu Tax Free App once the tax refund has been approved.

The offer of 5,000 bonus Avios for every VAT refund of USD5,000 (the “Promotion”) is subject to below terms and conditions-

• To qualify for the 5,000 bonus Avios, you must have accumulated a minimum of USD5,000 in VAT refunds during the promotion period. 
• The 5,000 bonus Avios is capped at 100,000 Avios during the promotion period.
  
• You can redeem this promotion up to 3 times (5,000 Avios x 3), with a maximum total award of 15,000 Avios. As such, there will be an eligibility cap of USD15,000 in tax refunds per member.
  
• Bonus Avios will be credited to the member’s Qatar Airways Privilege Club account within 10 working days from the date of successful submission of the transaction. 
  
• This Promotion is not eligible for rewards if used in conjunction with or combined with any other utu promotions.
