● Promotion is valid at all Millennium & Copthorne Middle East and Africa participating hotels only.

● Members get 15% off best available rate and earn double Avios. Double Avios are defined as 500 regular Avios and 500 bonus Avios for a total of 1,000 Avios per room per stay.

● This offer is valid for new bookings only. Bookings are subject to availability and blackout dates apply. Please contact the hotel for more details. 

● Booking must be in the name of the Privilege Club member to claim Avios Stay period from 1st July – 31st December 2017.

● Members may only claim Avios against their own accommodation and only one member per room may claim Avios.

● Members must present their valid Privilege Club membership card for verification upon check-in to enjoy this offer.

● Reservation must be made in advance and confirmation is subject to availability. Booking dates: 1st July – 31st December 2017. 

● This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.

● Rates and availability are subject to change, if the dates are amended post booking confirmation. Best Available Rates will be offered. A cancellation policy applies and depends on the participating properties.

● All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card at the time of booking.

● Members may claim their Avios within 6-months period from the check-out date.

● For Avios posting, please allow 3 - 6 weeks from the check-out date provided that the membership number and other details have been obtained.

● No minimum or maximum amount of stays.

● Non-eligible stays such as tour operator rates, staff rates, groups and bookings done online through third parties, promotional, discounted and weekend rates are not eligible for mileage.

● All rates are charged on per room, per night basis, single or double occupancy and are subject to prevailing government tax and service charges and availability. Rates will be charged at the hotel's exchange rate.
