Terms and conditions

● This promotion is only valid for bookings and stays from (Hong Kong Time) 5 December 2018 until 31 January, 2019 (both days inclusive). Three winners with the best photos will be selected by Langham Hospitality Group and each winner will receive 200,000 Avios.

● All participants must upload their photos to their Instagram accounts on or before 31 January, 2019. Each Instagram photo entry must include a “#LocallyYours” & “#CordisMoments” hashtag and a location tag of “Cordis, Auckland” in order to be eligible for the campaign.

● All participants must set their Instagram accounts to be public.

● Participants can upload more than one photo. However, each participant is eligible to win once only.

● Langham Hospitality Group may prohibit a participant from campaign or winning a prize if in its sole discretion, it determines that said participation is undermining the legitimate operation of the competition by including content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, sensitive, unlawful and threatening.

● All the hotel bookings for this competition must be made directly on Cordis, Auckland’s website.

● The winners will be notified via Instagram direct message on/ before 8 February 2019 (Hong Kong time).

● Upon notification, the winners must provide valid information including their first name, last name, booking number and Privilege Club membership details on/ before 15 February 2019 (Hong Kong time) via Instagram direct message. Failure to provide the required information will result in disqualification.

● A maximum of 200,000 Avios will be allocated to each winner’s Privilege Club’s account.

● All entries upload will be the property of the promoter. Content from this promotion will be used by the promoter for the purposes of promoting Langham Hospitality Group or their properties, now and future, at no cost. The participant also agree to allow the promoter to use their photo and relevant footage for printed collateral, online and across other marketing and communications channels, at the promoter’s sole discretion and at no cost, under the brands of Langham Hospitality Group.

● Langham Hospitality Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any rewards if information submitted by the winner, including the stay period, is found invalid.

● Langham Hospitality Group reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue this offer and these terms and conditions, including the number of winners, at any time without prior notice.

● In case of dispute, Langham Hospitality Group reserves the final right of decision.
