Claim Missing Qmiles on Airline Partners
If you have taken any flights with any of our airline partners and can't find the Qmiles credited in your account, or you forgot to include your membership number at the time of booking or check-in, you can still claim your missing Qmiles.
Claims for missing Qmiles can be made for travel completed within 30 days prior to date of joining Privilege Club for new members and up to 180 days from the date of travel for existing members.
To claim Qmiles on airline partners, please send an email to email@example.com and submit a copy of your ticket and boarding pass.
Please ensure to always quote your membership number at the time of booking or check-in so Qmiles are credited automatically to your membership account after travelling.
