As a result of the decision of government authorities to suspend flights in and out of the country, Qatar Airways’ services to Kenya will be temporarily put on hold from midnight on Wednesday 25 March 2020, until further notice. 

As we understand the importance of offering you flexibility of managing your bookings, we have introduced travel policies applicable on all fares for customers with tickets booked on or before 30th September 2020 and travel plans until 30 September 2020 as below :

• If you are affected, you can re-book your ticket to alternative dates or destinations, or opt to receive a voucher for future travel, valid for one year from its issuance date.
• In case of flight cancelation, no-show fee and rebooking fee for ticket exchange/reissue will be waived. 
• In case of flight cancelation, free of charge full refund is permitted to reimburse the ticket value as a travel voucher that is valid for 1 year from reimbursement.
