When your employees travel with us, your company earns Qmiles that can be used to redeem flights, cabin upgrades and services on Qatar Airways. Meanwhile, your employees will continue to earn miles in their personal Privilege Club accounts.

Simple to enrol, simple to manage
All you need to have are a few basic company information and the contact information for your Programme Administrator and nominated Primary Contact to become a Qbiz member and manage your account with convenience and ease.

How it works

1. Enrol to receive your company’s Qbiz number and deal code. 
2. Assign a programme administrator and a primary contact to manage the programme in your company’s behalf. 
3. Use your Qbiz membership number for bookings made on qatarairways.com and Qbiz track code for bookings made through your travel agency or any Qatar Airways ticketing office.

Accumulate and redeem Qmiles

How are Qmiles earned?
Qmiles are computed per dollar spent in the base fare of the ticket issued on eligible fares. The Qbiz track code should be properly updated in the flight booking to ensure that Qmiles will be credited after the ticket is flown. 

Can Qmiles be purchased?
Members are allowed to buy up Qmiles in blocks of 1,000 and up to 60,000 Qmiles in a calendar year provided that they have earned a minimum of 3,000 Qmiles after joining the Qbiz programme. 

  • You can view Qmiles rates after logging in to your account online. 
  • Purchased Qmiles are non-refundable. 
  • The validity period of purchased Qmiles is the same as the validy period for regularly earned Qmiles. 

How are Qmiles redeemed?
Exchange your Qmiles for award tickets, cabin upgrades or excess baggage issued through your Qbiz online account, or through Qatar Airways ticketing offices.
You may also redeem an award ticket using Qmiles plus cash provided that 50 percent of the required Qmiles are available in your account.

Award fees apply when an award ticket or cabin upgrade is rebooked or cancelled.
