Redeeming your Qmiles while shopping is simple! Just present your Privilege Club membership card (digital card or plastic card) and boarding pass (for purchases at Hamad International Airport) a duly signed photo ID (for purchases at Oryx Galleria) to the cashier at the checkout counter and your membership account will be debited automatically. Should you not have your Privilege Club membership card (digital card or plastic card), ), simply login to your membership account to request for a replacement*.

* Plastic cards are applicable to Silver, Gold and Platinum membership tiers only.
