- The amount paid for Super Wi-Fi access is non-refundable.
- Super Wi-Fi service is currently available on select Boeing 777 and A350 aircraft.
- The Super Wi-Fi access code can only be used on one device at a time. If you want to use it on a second device, you will have to log out from the first one and log into the new device using the same code.
- To access the Super Wi-Fi service on board, open the in-flight Wi-Fi portal on your browser and enter your Super Wi-Fi access code.
- The Super Wi-Fi access code is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can only be used once.
- Super Wi-Fi service is progressively being rolled out on all Qatar Airways aircraft. Please check whether the Super Wi-Fi service is available on your upcoming flight.
- Service interruption may occur while flying due to regulatory restrictions over some countries.
- In case of operational changes to scheduled aircraft, you can still use your voucher on other Qatar Airways flights that are enabled with Super Wi-Fi within the access code validity period.

- Customers need to present a confirmed Qatar Airways ticket to avail this service.
- Infants may enter free of charge, if the accompanying passenger had purchased the lounge access.
- Lounge access is available at a discounted rate for children who are 2-12 years old.
- Lounge access can be booked up until three hours prior to the flight time of departure.
- Lounge access purchase does not go towards Avios accruals for Privilege Club members.
- For group bookings, please contact your nearest Qatar Airways office or contact centre.
- Lounge access cannot be purchased by customers holding tickets for flights operated by interline and codeshare partners, or flights operated by other carriers.
- Specific Qatar Airways Lounges access is included free of charge for all Business and First Class passengers as well as eligible Privilege Club members.
- Lounge access fees are non-refundable.
