Shop and Pay with Qmiles Redeem Qmiles for purchases made at Qatar Duty Free located at the departures, arrivals and the Premium Terminal of Doha International Airport.
Excess Baggage Awards Redeem Qmiles for excess baggage on Qatar Airways flights for yourself or anyone else.
Claim awards for anyone Use your Qmiles to claim an award for anyone - friends, colleagues, or family members.
 Flexible, last minute awards Book a last minute award up to four days before departure or up to 48 hours before departure when you book online. 
 Date change on award tickets Change your travel date for a nominal fee of USD 25. 
 Free add-ons Gulf destinations now cost the same for award journeys starting or finishing outside the region provided that the travel class remains consistent for the entire journey. For example, if you are travelling from London to Bahrain via Doha, your flight award will cost the same number of Qmiles as travelling from London to Doha. 
One award level  The total Qmiles needed to redeem an award remain the same throughout the year and are not subject to seasonal variations. 
Infant award tickets  Use Qmiles to purchase Economy Class award tickets for children younger than two years old at 10% of the adult award level. 
Appoint a travel coordinator  Make your travel arrangements easier by assigning a personal assistant or family member to manage your account and liase with us on your behalf.

Priority waiting list If your preferred Qatar Airways flight is full, you will be put on a waitlist and given priority if a seat becomes available.

Airport benefits
Priority check-in Check-in at the Business Class counter.
Priority standby if you are on standby for a flight, you will be given priority if a seat becomes available.
Extra baggage allowance  Extra 15 kg (Not applicable on our UST/Transatlantic service).
Priority baggage handling Be one of the first to receive your baggage upon arrival.
Unlimited lounge access Enjoy the Silver Lounge in Doha and Business Class lounges at select airports regardless of your class of travel.
Complimentary guest lounge passes Receive two guest passes per year and invite additional guests to join you in the Silver Lounge.
Priority boarding Benefit from priority boarding where available.

Terms & conditions

  • All benefits are applicable only when travelling on Qatar Airways. Please present your Privilege Club membership card and passport at check-in.
  • Last minute awards booked less than four days before departure are subject to a USD 25 fee per person unless booked online at qmiles.com. Award seats booked for same day travel are subject to a USD 50 fee per person.
  • Infant awards are only permitted in Economy Class. Infants must be accompanied by an adult to qualify for the infant award.
  • Lounge access does not include the Premium Terminal in Doha unless travelling in the applicable class of service.
  • Silver members receive two guest lounge passes per year. These passes entitle your travel companions to join you in the Silver Lounge in Doha as long as they are travelling on the same Qatar Airways flight.
  • Extra baggage allowance is available only when member is travelling on flights operated by Qatar Airways. For members travelling on our codeshare flights operated by partner airlines the benefit is not applicable.
  • Lounge access benefit is available only when member is travelling on flights operated by Qatar Airways. For members travelling on our codeshare flights operated by partner airlines the benefit is not applicable.
