Qatar Airways UK is looking for an enthusiastic intern with skills and interest in the fields of e-commerce, marketing, social media and the ‘online’ world, for a 6-month placement within their fast-growing UK E-Commerce team.
The successful candidate would be based at Qatar Airways’ UK Headquarters in London, working alongside the existing E-Commerce Specialist, responsible for undertaking a range of tasks including the design and execution of tactical marketing campaigns, day-to-day content management of qatarairways.co.uk, implementing initiatives to drive site traffic and improve sales conversion as well as undertaking customer engagement activities including the use of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media to improve customer interaction and brand engagement.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career in the field of aviation, commercial management, e-commerce, marketing or other online discipline as this role involves interaction with colleagues at all levels within the UK, at Regional European level and Head Office (Doha), as well as the chance to showcase your skills executing a large range of activities which have a direct impact on customer engagement, sales generation and conversion.
