At the Airport
Here are friendly reminders for your travel
- Remember to check validity of your passport and visa well in advance.
- Report at Check-in counter, three hours before departure
- Keep tickets, passport/visa documents handy upon check-in
- Or, check-in through internet and drop your bags at fast bag drop counter (effective 25 November 2008)
- Be at the boarding gate at least 45 minutes before departure, we are ready to go soon as boarding completed even before schedule
Check-in
Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok
You can reach our check-in counters at Suvarnabhumi Airport from Entrance Gate 7 or 8 Departure Hall on the 4th floor. Once you enter the Departure Hall, the check-in counter is located in Row Q.
Check-in counter opens 3 hours before departure time and closes 1 hour before departure time. The boarding gate closes 20 minutes before departure time.
Premium Passengers
Passengers travelling First or Business class on Qatar Airways will receive an invitation for the Royal Orchid Lounge, at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
Passengers will experience 5-star hospitality at the Premium Terminal in Doha, exclusively for passengers in transit and travelling First or Business class on Qatar Airways.This experience begins from the time you walk into the terminal until you depart.
Internet Booking
Please ensure that you bring the credit card used to purchase your ticket or your credit card statement as proof of purchase. This is done for fraud protection. Failure to produce your credit card or statement might lead to you being prevented from travelling on your flight.
Online Check-in
To save your time spent queuing at the airport and enable you to choose your seat and print your boarding pass, you can check-in online between 36* hours to 90 minutes before your flight departs. To check-in online, please click here
