Here are friendly reminders for your travel

• Remember to check validity of your passport and visa well in advance.
• Report at Check-in counter, three hours before departure
• Keep tickets, passport/visa documents handy upon check-in
• Or, check-in through internet and drop your bags at fast bag drop counter (effective 25 November 2008)
• Be at the boarding gate at least 45 minutes before departure, we are ready to go soon as boarding completed even before schedule

Check-in

Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) It is recommended to be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure. Qatar Airways check-in counters are located at KLIA International Departure hall, level 5 in row ‘J’ (Please verify at KLIA Information Centre should any changes occur)

• Check-in Counters Open : 3 hours before departure time
• Check-in Counters Close : Economy class  :- 60 minutes before departure
• Check-in Counters Close : First & Business class :- 45 minutes before departure

Please ensure that you bring the credit card used to purchase your ticket or your credit card statement as proof of purchase. This is done for fraud protection. Failure to produce your credit card or statement might lead to you being prevented from travelling on your flight.
