Baggage & Ancillary Fees

Baggage fees

Overweight baggage - 50 USD (From 24-32 kg)
Excess baggage - 200 USD for each additional piece up to 23 kg
Sporting equipment - Up to one (1) piece free when traveling to/from the Americas if within the following categories:

  • Bicycle
  • Golf equipment
  • Ski equipment
  • Surfboards, windsurfer equipment, kayaks
  • Scuba diving equipment
  • Fishing equipment

Pet transportation as baggage - The rate of one (1) excess bag when traveling to/from the Americas (up to 32 kg)

Reservation Administrative Fees:

  • For tickets purchased by phone or through a Qatar Airways office -  USD20 non-refundable fee will apply
  • For modifications or reissues of tickets originally issued by a third party through a Qatar Airways office or by phone – USD20 non-refundable fee will apply

Cancellation penalties of reservation - From 100-500 USD (based on fare purchased)
Changes to reservation - From 75-500 USD (based on fare purchased)
No-show penalties - From 100-200 USD (based on fare purchased)
Stretcher - Equivalent to 5 times the published IATA one-way adult fare
