We are delighted to introduce two new payment methods for online holiday bookings. The pay in 2 instalments and place booking on-hold for 48 hours are the new payment options tailor made for your convenience in payment and to ensure you don't miss the best deals in holidays.

Guide to booking holidays online

Step 1

Use the SEARCH FOR A HOLIDAY tab to select your preferred holiday destination

  

 

 

Step 2

Select your preferred Departure & Arrival Flights and Hotel.

Proceed to CHECKOUT

  

 

Step 3

At Billing Information, select Deposit to pay in two instalments

or

Place Booking on-hold to pay in 48 hours.

 

 

 

Step 4

To make any payments in due, login using the Manage Bookings link at the Qatar Airways Holidays website and submit your details to make the balance payment online.

  • Bookings eligible for instalments are sole description of the airline based on cancellation policy
  • First Instalment - Amount is determined by the system based on total booking value
  • Second Instalment - Due date is determined by the system based on cancellation policy and the travel date.
  • The second payment can be made via the “Make balance payment here” in the Qatar Airways Holidays home page
  • An email notification will sent to you before the due date for final payment.
  • e-ticket and e-voucher will be send by email only once we receive the full payment
  • Above rates are subject to change without prior notice and subject to availability at the time of booking
  
  • Bookings eligible to place on hold is calculated based on cancellation policy and the date of travel
  • Due date to make the payment will be notified to you by email
  • Price is guaranteed during the “48 hours on hold”
  • Failing to make the final payment by due date will incur automatic cancellation and price is subject to change for fresh booking.
