You won't find a lower Qatar Airways fare from Egypt

When you purchase a ticket at our website we guarantee you won’t find a lower published fare.  If, on the same day following your ticket purchase on, you find a published Qatar Airways fare that is at least $10 less than that quoted for the exact same flight, booking class and itinerary on the web, we'll match that price. The original itinerary must have been purchased through, and originate in Egypt, for travel on Qatar Airways. To submit a claim for the Best Price Guarantee, please follow these three easy steps:

1.  Compare your purchased ticket from to the published Qatar Airways fare offered either on another website or travel agency (IATA Accredited), ensuring that the purchased airfare is for the exact same airline, flight, itinerary, cabin, and booking class. 2.  File a claim by accessing our PDF claim form, and submitting your claim via email on the same day that the ticket was purchased on

3.  Collect supporting documents.  These include where you found the lower fare, a print or screenshot of the terms & conditions of the lower fare. You may be asked for this information in order to redeem your claim.

I've purchased a Qatar Airways ticket through a travel agent, but found a lower fare elsewhere?

You would not qualify for a Best Price Guarantee claim, as you would need to have purchased your ticket at first, in order to qualify for our Guarantee.

I bought my ticket on your website, but found a lower fare on another airline. Do I qualify?

No, you would not.  Our Guarantee ensures that you will not find a lower-priced alternative on Qatar Airways on the same day as your booking was made, for the exact same itinerary, class of service, and fare booking class.

I bought at and later that day, found a lower-priced ticket with a consolidator.

If you found the lower published fare on an Egypt-based travel website (Iata) that is not a closed-user-group, or members-only website, then Yes, you could file a claim.  If you found the lower published fare on any other type of  (Iata) travel agency, then yes you qualify.
